I put in a work request for my hot water heater last night, late in the evening. First thing this morning, I got a message that someone was on the way. By lunch time, I had a new element and hot water. Joe and Billy were quick, but also made sure my escape artist cat did not succeed in getting outside or into the garage. They kept me posted on progress, as they had to leave to let gravity do its thing in emptying the tank while they assisted one of my neighbors. I work in my bedroom, and was able to continue to do my job without interruption, and my evening shift working son continued to sleep, even though they used a shop vac to remove sediment. Couldn't have been an easier fix! Thanks, guys!

They went above and beyond by providing lawn care, cleaning to make our home “move-in ready,” and even maintenance tasks like changing locks and toilet seats.
