I was very pleased with service. Only hitch was it took 1.5 hrs for tech to return the call. My loss of service from my generator was at 6 AM which could have been the issue. Tech was knowledgeable and I felt he took precautions to restore a generator which had been flooded by a flash flood and had cut off. He is working on an estimate to raise the generator several inches.
My AC went out at some point in the night. I called first thing in the morning and the service man was here exactly on time and my AC is up and running. Highly recommend Capital!

How do I give a mere 5 stars to a company that truly rescued us in a difficult time of need. We had a 15-year old HVAC system and a severely ill family member in the home. Our previous HVAC service company became unresponsive, so I researched other options and selected Capital Heating and Cooling, a decision we will NEVER regret! From the first call to Joy in the office, to the arrival of technician Mike Land, I knew we were in good hands. Mike is knowledgeable, kind, and generous. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a leaking coil, showed me the technical readings, and gave me options and recommendations about repair (not viable) or replace. The quote for the new HVAC system was fair and competitive, and never was I pressured to upgrade beyond what we needed. Given our situation, Mike contacted the office and a crew arrived to install our new unit the very same day. Tim Thompson and Wesley Taylor rounded out the team with Mike, and together, they had us up and running in a few hours. I cannot say enough about these fine gentlemen - professional, honest, and capable. Eliminating this worry of losing AC during the hot summer months or heat in the winter has allowed us to breathe a much-needed sigh of relief. To anyone checking out the Google reviews on Capital - believe them all! This is a family-owned company, and that attitude extends to their employees. We are so grateful to have found them.

I called Central Comfort Services and scheduled for them to send out a technician to repair 2 HVAC that either were not working or not working properly for a 7:30am appointment. On the day of the scheduled appointment I received a text message about 30 minutes prior to the appointment giving me the name of the technician coming to my house and providing me with his background experience. He arrived exacted on time and was very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. He had both my HVAC units up and running in less than 2 hours. I asked him a lot of questions which he gladly answered. I had another company’s technician come out a few month earlier that has been providing me HVAC services under a maintenance contract for many years. He gave me a long list of problems with these units and some potential future problems along with the high cost to correct them. When I asked the Central Comfort technician if those replacement parts and motors needed to be replaced now, his response was that they would probably continue to work for several more years. I decided based on his judgement not to proceed with expensive replacements before they were needed. He put no pressure on me to make those future replacements now and I appreciated his honest opinion of what to do. I was pleased with his work, professionalism, and timeliness. I plan to use this Company for my future electrical needs.
