We have been having a really frustrating experience with Capital Claims. Our family requested a quote over 4 months ago for our investment properly and instead of receiving clear information or moving things forward, I’ve just been continuously contacted with repeated emails promoting their services, even though we said we are not interested and have gone with another company months ago.
It’s gotten to the point where it feels more like harassment than customer service. There doesn’t seem to be any respect for communication preferences and this unnecessary follow-up has been definitely abusive and excessive without providing any value.
Would not recommend engaging with them based on our experience, unless you want to be spammed for the following months.
