I bought an office chair from Rey in 2014 and was very impressed with his knowledge on the products, his client service skills and the way he conducted business.
Fast forward to 2023....the one wheel broke (after 9 years!), and I looked up Rey again who immediately jumped on and arranged for all my wheels to be replaced. He immediately saw from the image I sent him that my chair is standing on laminated flooring and suggested rubber castors be put on. Rey has gone over and beyond the call of duty once again and given me fantastic 5⭐️ service! Well done Rey for always going the extra mile! May you excel in sales even more from hereon.
Soon I will need another chair....and guess who I will be calling 😁
A rare find in a company. This is what customer service is all about. Claire made the process so easy to purchase new chairs for our boardroom. She delivered samples for us to try, and the following day our chairs were delivered. I wish all companies would be ''like in the old days'' about customer service.
Ordered 2x specialized lockers mid-August. Lack of communication and partial arrival of stock. We were promised the remainder would be delivered by this past Monday. We are still waiting for the stock and (even more importantly) COMMUNICATION from Cape Office Furniture. We constantly have to follow up with the supplier. Very disappointed.
