Venimos de otra de las grandes tierras gastronómicas como es España y la relación calidad-precio es tremendamente excesiva. La ensalada cesar no lleva la receta tradicional y consiste en lechuga cortada, picatostes tostados y lascas de parmesano. Por su parte y aunque la pasta es hecha a mano, la salsa carbonara salada y el guanciale parecía más bacon tostado que la propia panceta. Entiendo que NY es una capital turística y elevada de precio pero este tipo de locales no contribuyen a generar buena imagen para los turistas ya que nuestro sentimiento es de engaño. Nos incluyen en el ticket (sin dar opción, por supuesto) un 18% de propina (ya sabemos que es obligatoria) para dos personas. Hemos estado comiendo por toda Italia y no hay comparación posible.
The food is a true gastronomic experience! Everything was delicious! The arancini was perfect! I highly recommend it! The service is simply beyond expectations, especially for a Manhattan restaurant!
Had an incredible meal with fantastic home-like service. Our server Irvin was personable and attentive. They also allowed us to dine with our small, well-behaved dog. Can’t wait to come back.
High class without the high price. Love the cheese wheel

Florian took such great care of us! He was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as well but the environment and positive staff stole the show!
