Genuine and trustworthy; shows/explains work required and/or advised, as well as before and after. Really friendly staff who make you feel like a valued customer - not just a walking wallet like some garages I've been to. Chris is great! My go-to garage from now on!

Had a seamless service from C&G Autos, my car failed its MOT and needed significant work to bring it up to standard. After an initial quote from a nationwide garage I decided to go on a whim and googled local garages and chose C&G by the positive reviews and I can testify these guys are great. Everything was hassle free from the initial communication, they gave me a prompt and competitive quote (itemised) for the work that needed doing, they were clear and concise in explaining what was required and the cost .They can communicate via what’s app with any pictures or videos needed. The guys are polite, friendly, efficient and professional. They are clearly in the business of repairing vehicles honestly to a good standard and not ripping people off. I saw some very high category cars whilst I was there, so they are obviously highly reputable for people to trust them with such as vehicles. Although I don’t fully understand all the mechanics, my car was with the garage for a couple of days and I can say that it drives amazingly now it’s been repaired. One word to describe the C&G Autos team……outstanding! The staff and technicians are friendly and attentive, they took time to ensure the issues with the car were explained clearly, how long it will take and quoted a very reasonable estimate. The quality of the work is of very high standard and any further issues which may cause a problem in the future is brought to your attention. They also use WhatsApp to keep you updated on the works being carried out. The car is in very good hands and C&G take safety of the passengers very seriously, ensuring the returned vehicle is roadworthy. Overall, I am thoroughly happy that I use C&G Autos to look after my pride and joy. They really do what they say and deliver an outstanding service.
