We went on the Christmas Dinner Cruise yesterday I was bought it by a friend it was absolutely fabulous and will be doing it again and will try the fish and chip one donāt know why I havenāt tried it before is really worth a visit staff were amazing thank you guys and well done xx

Fantastic afternoon tea cruise on the barge. We had a couple in our group with food allergies and they were catered for brilliantly by the team. A quick phone call as we booked ensured they were able to enjoy their day and their food with absolutely no issues. The on board team were brilliant, even pointing out a kingfisher on the bank as we turned, great photo opportunity.

Excellent event but, due to the time of year, the return journey was in darkness. next time I will go in the spring and/or summer.

My wife and I went on a two hour tea cruise.
The sandwiches, cake and tea/coffee were really lovely! The lads looked after everyone very well.
Although it was raining, the trip was so relaxing and the radiator under each table kept us warm throughout.

We had a great time on the Magical Santa Trip
The boat was cosy with fleecy blankets to take the chill off from a cold rainy day! Christmas music playing plenty for the kids to look at along the way and Christmas colouring books to keep them amused too!
Santa was absolutely brilliant ā not rushed at all, really took his time chatting, and made the children feel so special. The gifts were great quality too, not the usual āstocking fillerā type!
The little extras made it even better: hot chocolate and mince pies for the grown-ups, juice & gingerbread men for the kids, and lovely views along the canal. It was relaxed, Christmassy, and just a genuinely lovely way to spend an afternoon.
Would 100% recommend it to families looking for something magical without the chaos of big Santa events. Weāll definitely be back š

We went on a 2 hour afternoon tea cruise on a cold November day. The cruise was really well organised from the beginning. The tables were festive with Christmas decorations. The boat was warm and cosy. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The afternoon tea was nice, with a variety of sandwiches and a selection of cakes. Plenty of tea and coffee refills were offered during the journey. This was a really relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

We went for the 2 hour afternoon tea trip. The hosts were fantastic always making sure we had enough tea and coffee the food was excellent fresh sandwiches absolutely amazing from start to finish!! We will be booking for next year!! When the weather's warmer. Thank you š

An excellent afternoon trip on the Barge. The food was excellent and plenty to drink aboard. The staff were brilliant, lovely and helpful and we all had a great afternoon out can definately recommend this outing and was good value for money

Friendly staff, boat was decorated. Food tasty, savoury option chosen, nice pie and sausage roll. Plentiful tea/coffee. Would have been more āfestiveā if there was a mince pie or slice of Xmas cake instead of 2 small scones. The trip was lovely but the boat was very cold on entry and did not heat up for ages, most passengers kept their coats on for the whole journey.

Just been on this boat trip and it by far exceeded my expectations. The boat was decorated up for xmas and looked real cosy. Thought it would be cold but there are radiators on board. The staff were amazing and very friendly often walking round ready to fill your cups with tea or coffee, as much as you liked. We had afternoon tea booked and it was amazing, sandwiches were soft and fresh, but my fav was the little scones with clotted cream and jam. The 2 hrs soon flew by, and to be honest we wished it could of been longer. There is a bar on it too and a toilet. Our trip at 12 o'clock was full, so glad we booked online. The whole experience was amazing, i will be booking again. Thankyou š¤

Great experience! Really enjoyed it. Afternoon Tea was delicious, lovely boat and staff friendly and helpful. Very accommodating with any dietary/special requirements too. I like that the tables are separated with screens as felt a bit more private. Would highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Took us a while to make it as we had a voucher gift from the children. The trips are very popular. Needed to email about using the voucher. We were able to buy a bottle of prosecco and used the remainder of the voucher on the boat. So excellent service. Very picturesque sedate 2hr journey with afternon tea. Plenty of tea & coffee.
