Jacob had a tough challenge with my fridge it gave him a few surprises but he was persistent not to give up and he fixed all of its issues. The noises stopped and the ice maker sensors are all fixed now and the inside will stop freezing up. Very kind, clean and professional. Highly recommend!

I appreciated the swift and responsive communication with Edgar from EAS. We settled on a service time window (it was prompt) and communication with the technician Jacob was also responsive. Jacob was very accomodating and understanding about our challenging parking situation and also a very awkward access to the stove with minimal working space. He did a thorough job and diagnosed the issue. He was able to source the part (it's an off-brand stove) and arranged for a quick completion of the job. Both Jacob and Edgar were professional, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely call EAS for our next appliance repair...may that be in the distant future! Thank you both.

Excellent communication and service. I went down a rabbithole looking for a trustworthy company and stumbled across EAS. I saw a lot of companies with what looks like fake reviews from new reviewers or hidden profiles, and what put at ease with EAS was what looks like genuine reviews here from real people, ‘A’ standing with the BBB, and a very thorough call with the Edgar, the owner, where he took his time to explain the process and fees and all my miscellaneous questions (in case anyone is wondering, yes they are insured). Booking was quick for the next day. Gilad the technician called 30 minutes before arriving and was able to fix my leaky dishwasher and diagnose the issue for my washer. Communication was prompt and friendly, and pricing was fair. I am glad to have found a company I would trust for any future repair needs.
