Back in May, Pat came out to our manufacturing company to look at our roof and get estimates. That was in May, ive emailed pat,who came out, told me he would send it over soon, it is now October ive called and was told someone would call me back and hasn't. I think this whole handling of this was very unprofessional to say the least.
I wouldnt even give this a 1 star review. I was looking to get an estimate to have my roof replaced. The gentleman that came out did not take any pictures or get on the roof. He just told me about the company and for me to check the reviews.
I called Campo for an estimate on my roof and siding. From the moment I first reached out, until the completion of the job, i have absolutely no complaints! This company answers and returns calls promptly, does what they say they’re going to do and completely transformed my house! I love it! I highly recommend Campo! Very pleased!

Our salesman, Rich Roesch, was a knowledgeable and attentive representative of Campo Roofing. His approach was informative. He addressed our concerns and offered solutions without the aggressive salesman demeanor which was appreciated as we had endured so much of that. We chose Campo, and they were not the least expensive, because of our confidence in Rich and Campo's reputation.

Had Campo come out to take a look at a leek that had developed in our 2nd floor master bedroom ceiling, just under the area that our vent stack pokes through the roof line. Rich Roesch who came out from Campo and who services our area of Geauga Co. Got right up there and determined indeed the stack flashing had failed fixed our issue on both vents. Excellent service from Campo prompt and polite answered all my questions easy to talk too. Highly recommend Campo for any roofing needs you may need.

Rich from Campo Roof did a thorough inspection of our roof and even fixed a minor leak on the spot for us. He was very informative answering our questions about this older roof and what to watch out for.
Campo did an amazing job with our roof from start to finish! Rich was outstanding and honest! He had much knowledge about roofing and what Campo had to offer. The crew on site was friendly, very detailed-oriented with installation and clean-up. We cannot be more thrilled with the end result!😁

Rich came to look at my leaky roof. After looking everything over he helped me figure out it wasn't the roof. Rather than sell me an expensive repair/replacement, Rick helped me out of a very stressful jam. When I need a new roof, I know exactly who to call.....

Needed help with siding repair as a result of wind damage from a recent storm. Campo was very responsive and fast to send someone out to assess and schedule the repair. Looks like new!

Campo replaced our roof and gutters after hail damage. They were response and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I’d definitely use Campo again.

Extremely disappointed with Campo Roofing. I scheduled an appointment and met Keith at my house. We walked through my house and discussed what we needed which is a full roof replacement and he left saying it would be expensive but he will get me an estimate in the next week or so. Unfortunately, that was over a month ago and I haven't heard from Keith or anyone at Campo since then. I've called and left multiple messages and no response. I've also texted Keith an no response. My assumption is that we are not an easy insurance job, but I don't really know if that's the reason. I'm surprised given all the 5-star reviews which is one of the reasons I reached out to Campo in the first place. Very disappointed

Abby came to look at my existing gutters and collect the necessary information to determine the estimate. She was thorough and honest. I appreciate her straightforward suggestions. The installation was scheduled quickly at my convenience. Dave and his assistant arrived promptly. They were a great efficient team. Details and clean up mattered. I would highly recommend Campo.
