Bay window roof replacement Within a few hours of putting up a job on Checkatrade Jacqueline phoned me to arrange for the lads to come round and check it out. They came the same day and were very informative about what the job would consist of. A few days later Jaqueline got in touch with a quote which was fairly reasonable. Within a few days I received a call for them to do the job that day which was great! The lads came and did a fab job removing the old roof and fitting a new one with lead despite the pouring rain! They were very efficient and friendly and I would definitely use them again in the future!

Very Satisfied Customer The initial phone contact was friendly and helpful. A call-back advised that someone would be out to check what was needed the following day - and it happened as advised. A written estimate was received within a day. A subsequent phone call gave me an idea of when the work would be done but that was quickly followed by another call advising me the work would be done the following day - the weather was vile and too dangerous for big jobs so the small job on my bungalow was brought forward - chaps arrived at the time advised and the job was done within an hour - brilliant! Thanks to all.

Friendly and efficient This is the second time that we have used Campbells Roofing and Damp-proofing. Fou d them to be friendly and efficient from initial contact through to completion of work. Advice given as to est course of action, work carried out as per quotation and area left clean and tidy. We had an issue with roadworks outside our house whi h restricted access and had to cancel work at short notice. They were very understanding and liaised with us to rebook the work on a convenient date. Would recommend this firm.

Highly recommended We were recommended and have used Campbell's multiple times now for repairs on 2 houses. Both times were great to deal with. Very accommodating on arranging working times and great level of workmanship, removing all waste when work was complete. Will confidently come back if we ever need any future work again.

A Typed Quotation, not an Estimate, is given for work to be carried out. 3. If any further work is discovered, an additional Quotation is issued. 4. Excellent 5 star roofing services I had extensive work done to my roof , including replacement of flashing, repointing & resetting of ridge tiles. From start to finish I experienced excellent customer service. Everything was explained, options discussed & itemised on quotes. Dates for the work to be carried out were agreed & any changes due to the weather were communicated. Very impressive 5 star service. Will be having extensive damp-proofing work done in the new year. Quick competitive quote and excellent work Super quick to come and assess the work required. Work was then carried out the same day and to very high standard. We would t use anyone else for roofing. Highly recommend!

Flat garage roof, main roof ridge tiles, lead flashing, loft insulation & strapping, & repointing Campbell's Roofing carried out a variety of work to a very high standard. Replace old flat garage roof with a new rubber covering. Fit new main roof ridge tiles. Fit new lead flashing to main roof. Refit loft insulation. install new roof support strapping in the loft. Repointing to areas of external house walls. Their friendly communications kept me informed, whilst their reliability, and their time keeping were faultless. I highly recommend Campbell's Roofing to anyone requiring a trustworthy company.

Over the moon with job well done Recently had the team out to do some roofing work - we've used them on previous properties and have always been happy with their work. As usual they did a fantastic job - the guys are really friendly, hardworking and conscientious - and are dab hands at tidying up too. More than happy to recommend and we'll be using them again if ever the need arises.

Highly recommended, skilled, honest and reliable. If you need a roof replaced or repaired in Crook, Bishop Auckland or Newton Aycliffe give them a call. There are loads of "roofers" in the area producing sub standard work with extortionate prices to match. Campbell are not one of them, they are the go to roofers in the area 100%.

Full Roof Replacement on Mid Terrace House Highly professional and certainly very organised. Scaffolding erected on time, rubbish taken away, roof fully complete within a week, scaffolding taken down. Old 150 year old slates removed, front facia and gutters replaced, new composite slates installed.

Repair leaking conservatory tiled roof and repoint all round. The team arrived on time, and confirmed their original assessment of the leak site. Repairs were carried out effectively, including replacement and repositioning of broken tiles, and repointing the whole roof. The lads were polite and courteous, and cleaned up on completion of the work. Altogether a good job for a fair price.

Above and Beyond Hired these guys to do a roof repair, they identified some missing tiles to a different area of the roof and replaced them as well, they also quoted us mid December but managed to come 3 weeks early which really helped me good job all round with great communication from Jacqueline would recommend

Remedial Roof Repair I called after noticing damp coming through the upstairs ceiling of a property I currently have on the market. Jacqueline was extremely professional, responsive and understood the urgency of my situation and provided a very quick turnaround. The two roofers who came to visit the property were extremely thorough, helpful and polite and inspected both inside and outside the property. I received my quotation the next day and after letting me know their availability, they were able to fit me in same day to complete the works at a very reasonable price. Excellent service, highly recommend.

Roof repaired after storm damage Came promptly after storm. Damage assessed and estimate given. Work agreed and put into schedule, they actually to do the work sooner rather than later. Very polite, and site left as they found it. Very grateful for the prompt attention. Cannot thank them enough.
