Probably the first review I’ve ever written. I was so impressed with my insurance agent’s involvement in a recent claim, that I felt good about passing it on. The claim adjuster for my insurance company came up with a much lower number for the repair cost of my RV than that of the repair facility. With work having been completed, I was looking at significant cost that I would have to absorb. Mr. Campbell worked in my behalf to find common ground between adjuster and repair facility to bring the cost of repair in-line and in agreement with both the insurance company and repair facility. I paid what I should have, and Madison Campbell made it happen. It demonstrated to me the value of a good agent when it gets down to advocating for you in dealing with your insurer.

Today I got my self a lovely flat tire. I called to find out my policy roadside assistance and they where on top of it. Customer Service!! They called the tow truck and tire company to see if they had my tires. Set it all up for me and called me back with the quote etc... That in itself is service. We were originally with Geico and they sent us a cancellation notice. So we went looking for an insurance company. Madison rates are amazing I sent in what coverage we had previous and he blew them out the water! Saved me money with 2 teens and a husband with bad luck. The customer service is great!
