High-class Agency and Agent who care!! Colin and Momo run an agency that is professional and efficient who took the stress out for me as an investor. My dealings with Colin started as a purchaser and he immediately gained my trust. He was quick to respond and negotiated the sale with respect and care. With me living intestate, I left the management with Colin which was managed to a very high standard, taking the stress away from me. Colin then sold my property for a price that I didn’t think was achievable and did this within two weeks. Thanks to the team as they are all lovely, professional and I can tell they actually care. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell or manage their property.

Excellent service from the Mudjimba experts! Colin has been exceptional in finding us our dream home in Mudjimba. We met him at an open home early in our search, and from there he was very proactive in keeping us informed of properties coming onto the market. He even helped us get a rental in Mudjimba which gave us a taste of the lifestyle whilst we continued to look for a home to buy. If you are looking to buy or rent in the Mudjimba, Twin Waters areas I would highly recommend contacting Colin early in your search.

Great for our intention, not so great for extended holiday stay. ☺ Location is perfect for Sunshine Coast Marathon weekend. Beds were comfortable. ☹ Bedroom fans wouldn’t work, even after changing batteries in remotes. Not overly important for this time of year but maybe an issue during warmer months. Broken outdoor chair not ideal, maybe host wasn’t aware though. Although beds were comfortable, rooms quite small. Perfect for 3 people but maybe a little small if intending on longer holiday stay with 4 people.

We must address the inaccuracies in your comments.During your tenancy, we worked to accommodate your request to break the lease early and even arranged a financial offer on behalf of the property owner. When the terms of that offer expired and you chose not to accept the revised arrangement, you still decided to vacate the property without fulfilling your obligations.
We stand by our actions, as they were in line with the legal requirements and the best interests of both the property owner and our agency. After an independent review, it was confirmed that our claim on the bond was justified. Additionally, we must state that your behaviour towards our staff was inappropriate and unprofessional. We have records of multiple instances where you were verbally abusive, including contacting us outside of business hours. We believe in treating everyone with respect, and we expect the same in return. It’s important for us to stand up for our agency and our staff. We will not tolerate attempts to slander our reputation when we have acted professionally and within the boundaries of the law.
