We had no clear understanding of when to request a grease trap cleaning. We were told Grease Pump contractors are problematic to work with by a plumbing company we called. We started to smell an aroma and decided to take action by calling Camelback Grease. Brian was very responsive, super knowledgeable, and provided a very thorough service with recommendations and a helpful scheduled maintenance program. Their pricing is very competitive for any restaurant or bakery. We included before and after pictures.

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with Brian’s customer service skills. I was looking for a locally owned (so many companies out there that are national chains or are shell companies that are only used to to subcontract their work) and found Camelback grease online. Not only are his rates extremely reasonable (others have to jack up their rates because they have to subcontract it out and still make money) but his work is flawless. We needed to have someone come out right away as we had issues scheduling a service with a previous company and had an inspection pending. He came out the very next day and took care of us. Sent me pictures before and after (super clean job). Nobody had ever done that. I am going to be recommending his company everywhere I go. We need more companies like that in our industry.
