Taking my vehicle in for an oil change is not my favourite pastime however Gary at the quick lane desk makes the experience great! He’s always friendly and accommodating and after overhearing me explain to my husband I was about to get hangry because I hadn’t ate anything he brought out a cupcake to keep me from getting grumpy lol. This guy has customer service down to an art. Thanks Gary for being the person you are!

As experienced customers with lots of experience with dealerships it’s safe to say this was close to the worst experience we have had. If you’re looking for a used vehicle save your time and go somewhere else. After inquiring and test driving a vehicle we quite liked, we were met with nothing but headaches regarding negotiating. After multiple days our salesman didn’t come back with a better offer nor could give us a solid reason to justify the price of the vehicle. It feels pretty good to see the vehicle they claimed was “fairly and competitively priced” is still sitting on their lot at over $3,000 less than what it was listed for when we initially viewed it. We tried some other vehicles at another Cam Clark Ford (the Airdrie one to be specific) and our experience was the exact same. We ended up purchasing our vehicle from a completely different enterprise in Calgary and we were shocked at the night and day difference in the experience and benefits of using a different dealership. Lesson learned, save your time and skip out on the poor experience you’ll have at Cam Clark.

Tracy was amazing!!! I will recommend her to everyone I can. She helped me find my vechical and whent out of her way to do so witch was not easy with my work schedule cant thank her enough!! Brit in finance was also amazing!! took extra time making sure I understood everything that was going on and awnser all my questions I had. Thank you so much!

Its been 2 month almost since my purchase of a 2025 bronco and since then has been phenomenal, vehicle has handled the weather amazing and been amazing to drive. Big shout out to garland for the help and Sarah with the financing help. Amazing team they have to get you where you need to be and help meet your needs. Definitely recommending them to people I know looking for a new vehicle.

I found both Gary and Geoff, the tech working on my truck, to be very knowledgeable and friendly guys. I will be returning to this Quick Lane for all of my F150's maintenance going forward.

I drop off my work van at 8:30AM which is scheduled at 9AM for transmission fluid exchange, oil change and battery replacement. I called them at 1PM to get an update and lady advisor said, it's still on queue. My office called at around 1:30PM and they said they start working on it. This is absolutely not a professional commitment to a scheduled job. As of this writing, past 3PM, it's not yet done...

I’m going to share my experience with this dealership as well. Since 2021,I owned two vehicles from them and I had everything but not a good experience. Both trucks were brand new but kept breaking regularly. I spent most of my time at the dealership instead of actually using the vehicles. The first truck, a 2021 model, was called an “anomaly” by their General Manager just because they couldn’t repair it. When I asked them to buy the vehicle back, he said: “It’s never gonna happen, you can stand up and walk away.” (Was it professional? Don’t think so). I was practically pushed into trading in my 2021 truck (which wasn’t fair at all). Then I had to trade in 2021 F150 to the 2023 F150, also a hybrid, and a new journey with problems began. Lots of error codes, a full month in service, broken shifter and more transmission noises. Then my girlfriend left a fair review about their service, which the GM didn’t like. He called us to discuss this review and we had a meeting in his office. He believed he had enough “power” to raise his voice at my girlfriend. When she pointed out that he was being rude, he tried to hide behind the word “defensive.” Throughout the conversation, none of us ever raised our voice towards him. Because of his behaviour, my girlfriend experienced emotional distress (documented by the doctor). The GM was so passionate about discussing the review that he didn’t even try to offer a solution. At the time of this conversation, my 2023 truck was still in service because the rear axle needed replacement. Now, it’s been only two months since the repair, and we’re already hearing noises from the back again and transmission kicking when shifting gears. So I went back to the same dealership where I bought this crap and booked another repair appointment. Fifteen minutes after I left the dealership, the GM personally called me and asked why I brought my truck back to them if I wasn’t satisfied with their service. Why didn’t I go to another dealership’s service department? From questions like that, you can clearly understand they are refusing service to you just because you leave a fair Google review about their work. Really? The vehicle broke — why else would I bring it in? Maybe because you sold me a lemon for the second time? If you didn’t sell garbage, I wouldn’t be visiting you so often. During 3 years with this dealership we’ve lost: • countless hours at the dealership, • money, • emotional stability and nerves, • cancel vacation plans, • days off work, • and trust in a brand we expected to be safe. I would recommend this dealership investing more money in code of ethics course and seriously review the behaviour of their General Manager , it’s very far from professional . Customer safety and respect should come first. Yes — the vehicle is potentially unsafe again, and the dealership simply refused to service it.
