Our air conditioner stopped cooling our home, of course, on a Saturday and at night. Ty came out by 8:00 the following morning. He was able to diagnose the problem and get it repaired in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and it was handled efficiently, leaving us in air conditioned comfort and extremely thankful for his exceptional service.

Ty is an amazing working owner who did the installation of both the air handler and the outside unit along with a helper. He has a fabulous work ethic and truly treated us like family. Our AC in pooped out in our new home and it was getting hot inside quickly. My hubby tried to figure out what was going on but we decided we needed help and fast! I Googled and Young's popped up with excellent reviews. I called Ty and he was at our place within 30 minutes, throughly checked the unit and quickly identified and fixed the issues. We also had a Nest thermostat that was driving us crazy with the app - and we are fairly tech savvy. My husband asked Ty if he could switch it out for something simpler and Ty had a great unit with him and changed it out with no issues. He is a great guy and offers excellent service. We are signing up with him for the yearly maintenance plan, which is very reasonable and gives us peace of mind with our vacation home. We now have our AC guy and know that we can depend on him. Highly recommend!

Had a compressor failure (9 years old) still under warranty. HVAC contractor who installed unit came out and stated no warranty coverage because failure was my fault. I called Youngs Air, Ty showed up promptly and verified failure, ordered compressor and had me cooling down in short order. He was very professional and highly competent. He took care of all paperwork and did not try to blame failure on me. If you need any hvac work done I highly recommend Young's Air for honest service and reasonable prices.

Ty installed a Daikin mini split in my garage and WOW, what a difference... Loving my cool garage! So far minimal impact to my electric bill. I had quotes from other contractors and Ty was definately the best choice... In addition I had him install a Broan filtered fresh air ventilation system. His work was excellent and as scheduled! He followed up to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. Thank you Ty , I will keep recommending you!

Ty did an amazing job with my ac change out. He did the ac change out in roughly 4 hours, arrived punctually, ensured that the ac install complied with local codes and passed the permitting process on the first go. He’s friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. He’s not a salesman, he’s a licensed tradesman. I highly recommend using Ty!
