During 25 years, we have bought and sold three houses, and we have never encountered an agent that will give 100% plus of their time and fight to get the best deal in such a high market. It is our fourth house. We were fortunate to be referred by a friend to Mark Gilkey. We can undoubtedly say that he went above and beyond for his title. He provided a stress-free purchase and took care of every step of this process. With his team, we were able to close the deal in 15 days. Even after getting our new home keys, Mark ensured all the repairs were made and fought for a more discounted price than the original. My experience working with HP Real Estate was awesome! My realtor, Chia Vang is the absolute BEST! I met Chia in 2016, when he responded to an inquiry for a home I saw online. I wasn’t too serious about purchasing at that time, but happily for me, the initial introduction was made. From 2016-2021 Chia remained in touch with me and encouraged me to hold on to my dream of home ownership. However, during that time, my daughter and her husband wanted to purchase a home, so I introduced them to Chia. Chia became the real estate agent for my family and several close friends, and he helped all of them to purchase homes!
I became serious about home ownership in 2021, when the market was extremely competitive. Chia and I looked at TONS of homes. One of the things that I loved about working with Chia is, although he’s in very high demand, he always made me feel like my needs were his top priority, and he was always eager to look at any home that I wanted to see!
