I give Chris King a 5+ Star rating! Despite an icy street, many basement steps, and close corners, Chris managed to successfully get replacement water heater into home and old water heater removed. Chris did all of this work totally ALONE (his helper did not show up!). New heater was successfully installed in timely manner. Thank you, Chris, for your excellent work ethics!

Harris tech Vinny Pereira was at our house this morning to thaw out a frozen drain line from out furnace to outside. Vinnie was here quickly got the problem resolved and cleaned up any water that leaked on our heater room floor. Another great job by Vinnie, always pleasant and professional!!

I have a membership with Harris, and I called today because my heat was not working properly. They sent a technician right away.
