Stephen was incredibly informative and patient. He went over every detail did not make me feel pressured at all to purchase additional products but we ended up buying some things that our unit needed. Installed them same day and was very thorough in his explanation. I’m gonna request to have him Back!

Great Maintenance!
Mike was the technician who did the periodic inspection on our AC and heating units today. He was prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. He did a thorough inspection, cleaned the fans outside and changed the air filters. Mike took photos of components of all three units as he was inspecting them a later showed me the photos and explained what was good and what may need repairs at a later time. He answered all my questions. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. It all comes down to the people who do the job. Technicians like Mike are why we always choose Bartlett.

Called Bartlett H&A because the air conditioning unit started making a loud noise.
Josh responded quickly and evaluated the situation.
Josh identified the problem and made all necessary repairs. He patiently answered all questions and did an outstanding job. Bartlett H&A always does a great job.

First called them about a decade ago for service on our system, They have always been straight forward without being pushy or resorting to typical sales tactics. When the time came to replace our 23 year old unit, the promptly provided an estimate, were patient while we did our due diligence, and answered all of our follow up questions and concerns. They offer a great value and the labor warranty matches mfg part warranties which far exceeds any in the area with the exception of maybe Casteel (which charges more for similar equipment). They were the first estimate we got and 7 estimates (on a total of 23 different systems) later, they are the proposal we decided best fits our needs. Upon acceptance they promptly brought out a couple spot coolers to help us stay comfortable during our 1 week lead time. I have nothing but confidence our install will go according to plan the plan and I look forward to continuing to call on them for service or when a needs arise.

The techs that came out, Evan and James, were super cool and helpful. Prompt and well informed. I’d highly recommend their services. We only did a service call, as I’m not the owner and need their approval to move forward. But they do seem accommodating and competitively priced.
