I don't think about my heat and air unless there is a problem. Over a year ago I started having issues. The heating and air company that installed my systems went out of business. I asked some neighbors who they use and they weren't satisfied with anyone. I did some research and ultimately called Bartlett. That was a year ago. Back then, Bartlett's team came out and fixed everything. (I posted about that back then) They explained every step needed to fix the problems and gave me several budget focused solutions. The manager even contacted the manufacturer of my systems to see what, if anything, was still under warranty. That saved me money. This past year I saw a significant reduction in my power usage and really felt getting the annual maintenance plan had paid for itself. My technician, Bo, just did a scheduled six month maintenance visit. Bo let me know what costs I may incur on my older systems so that I can plan ahead. That kind of information is important to me. Bo is a really nice guy, extremely professional, and I feel like my heating and air equipment are in very good hands. If Bartlett continues to offer excellent office support and sends out service people like Bo, I will absolutely continue to be a customer. Thanks, Bo - Good job everyone!

Evan came out to service my A/C today. He was very thorough and professional. He quickly identified a few issues that would have caused a catastrophic failure this summer and came up with options for repair. I'm glad he was able to take care of everything sparing me stress and an A/C outage when it's hot. Now I can relax knowing my system will be good-to-go. Best A/C technician ever! My cat Cecelia likes him too.
