John conducted a thorough termite inspection of our home and provided a detailed, clear report of his findings. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend his services.
John did a good job of spraying our attic with borate which is a termite preventative. He is friendly and professional and never once did I feel pressured into getting more product than we need. He was very up front with what the product could do for us and clear with pricing. There were no hidden fees and I like that he has a 1 year warranty for his work. His initial inspection was free which is a nice plus (nice to know we didn't have termites)! His pricing was very fair.. I'd highly recommend him to anyone who has concerns with termites as he tends to go for the less costly, targeted treatments (if it makes sense) rather than the blanket cover the whole house with a tent treatment that some companies just do automatically - sure to work, but sure to break your wallet!
I had a swarm of subterranean termites that like to eat dry wood apparently. I looked around and found California Termites, and the owner John came out right away and took care of me. Did a whole house inspection, got into the attic space and even did a spot treatment because that was all that was needed. I appreciated his thoroughness and solution recommendation.

I ran into John and a senior event at the Carlsbad Senior Center and asked him to come and do an inspection. He came and did a thorough inspection including going under my mobile home, gave me a lot of information about what to look for. I did not have any termite issues so nothing to treat. He did let me know about a dry rot issue and showed me so I could get that taken care of. I would highly recommend him especially for seniors as I am one. I would suggest you give him a try. I was concerned that I might have termites and was told by an ant specialist exterminator to call John who specializes in termite exterminating. John agreed to come over and he made what seem to me to be a thorough inspection considering he even crawled under my house with his special suit on so he doesn't get filthy dirty. Anyway what relief when he was done I learned that I didn't have a problem and it set my mind at ease. I'm very grateful for his service and I would recommend if you're looking for help give him a call and see for yourself.
