The Caliber team did a excellent job. They all went above and beyond to get my car fixed and back together in there most timely manner. Yes it may have taken them awhile, but atleast they got it done right. I want to thank Amber for going above and beyond in her position to deal with the insurance and get them on the right track to get things done in a quick manner as fast as she possibly could.
If anyone needs a place to take there vehicle to get repaired from an accident, go to Caliber collision in Greenwood. They will take care of you.

I had hail damage, took the car in the date we agreed on they said it would be done that week, maybe early next week due to being busy. Fine no big deal. Expect it took over 3 weeks and the work on the car only took 8 hours. I dropped my car off 8/28 and didn’t get it back until 9/15. I was promised updates every Tuesday and Thursday. Got 1 update the whole 3 weeks. I had to call them over 4 times to get an update and they seemed angry every time I called with a new excuse why they haven’t gotten to it yet. Why would they have me drop off my car for hail damage and have it sit in their lot for over 2 weeks without even touching it is beyond me. When I picked up my car they didn’t even attach the trunk lining back like it was when I dropped it off.
Update: The manager ended up calling and making things right and although things started off rocky, it was nice to see them admit their faults and take care of me and my car. The GM was very genuine and assured me that they will use this as a teaching moment and to remind their employees to keep customers updated better and I believe him.
