Justin was professional, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed while his shop was working on my vehicle. The work they did gave my vehicle a like new look. Very pleased with office staff and Justin's ability to get the work done to my vehicle in a timely matter.

I have used Caliber in the past and have never been disappointed. Their body work/ repair is excellent. The general manager, Ryan Zrebiec, went above and beyond keeping me apprised of the progress of my repairs on a daily basis.They even repaired an old, antique license plate that was on the front end of my truck which I thought was unrepairable! I recommend their work and customer service highly.

I had my Honda Ridgeline repaired after a tree branch crushed the front passenger side. Waited over 20 days for it to be repaired. Once I was told it was ready to go I returned my rental car on the way and upon seeing my truck it still had issues with pieces and how they were installed. I drove it for a day since I didn't have the rental still, and returned it to Caliber the next day for them to correct. The issues were corrected but upon further inspection there was still over spray from poor painting and the paint color doesn't fully match the original on the truck.
I was also asked to say that I didn't have to return the truck when taking the customer care survey even though I did have to return the vehicle for more repairs. I made this known on the customer care survey as well. I would not recommend this Caliber.

Caliber Collision does excellent repairs! They reuse as much as possible, while maintaining quality and integrity of vehicle. They keep you informed during each step of the process. I was able to communicate equally with them via text. My vehicle was even ready ahead of promised time!! Definitely recommend them to anyone needed quality repair!
