John is Great! He took care of my 2012 Toyota 4 runner the paint was tricky to match up (Blizzard Pearl) but they managed very well! Looks great. I had some Condensation in my taillight when I got it back, but I took it back to them and John ordered a tail light right away and they are gonna fix it. Overall everything has been great!

Justin was professional, listened to my concerns, and kept me informed while his shop was working on my vehicle. The work they did gave my vehicle a like new look. Very pleased with office staff and Justin's ability to get the work done to my vehicle in a timely matter.

I have used Caliber in the past and have never been disappointed. Their body work/ repair is excellent. The general manager, Ryan Zrebiec, went above and beyond keeping me apprised of the progress of my repairs on a daily basis.They even repaired an old, antique license plate that was on the front end of my truck which I thought was unrepairable! I recommend their work and customer service highly.
