I can't rate Tom highly enough. He was professional, polite and very friendly. Our old ducted system was on its last legs.
Tom clearly explained the pros and cons of replacing the ducted system or installing 2 new split systems. We went for the latter as cheaper to install and run.
Tom is clearly a young man who understands that the strength of a service business lies in the quality of customer experience.

Tom from Cali Air was absolutely fantastic. He recently installed a ducted air conditioning system in my home on the Sunshine Coast, and we couldn’t be happier. From the first visit, he was super professional, friendly, and clearly knew his stuff. He walked us through the best options for our space and made the whole process really easy.
The installation was done quickly and everything was left spotless. The new system works beautifully—so quiet and efficient.
