Terra Snyder did the inspection on a townhouse for me. From the beginning, she communicated her methods so clearly and came with a great infomation package for me which gives me confidence that I can continue to reach out and be at ease when things come up in the future. As the first inspection I've ever been part of, she was such a relief at guiding me through what she was doing, looking at, and talking through her methods. She was very thorough and explained so many points about what I should know about maintaining my home going forward. Her inspection has really helped set me up for success as a first-time buyer. My family came to the inspection to see the place, and she was so thorough that they are considering having her inspect their home of 20+ years to know what they should be aware of in their own house because we learned so much. I will not hesitate to ask Terra for information in the future, and would definitely hire again for any home I'm looking at and maybe even living in for a long time.

Terra was absolutely the best choice for our home inspection! She was very responsive, easy to schedule and detail oriented. As first time buyers, she went over the whole process with us, allowed us to ask questions throughout and taught us how to use everything in the home properly! She gave safety tips and recommendations throughout as well, showing us all her findings as she went. She is professional, well prepared, personable and an absolute joy to work with. She also provided us with a package that detailed extra tips and FAQs from her years of experience which we could keep for our own knowledge. Very meticulous, very thorough. We place safety stickers and shut-off valve tags to give homeowners quick access to important information—like who to call if you smell gas, how to adjust a humidifier, or the age of a furnace or water heater. 99.9999% of homeowners find them helpful, but I understand they’re not for everyone. If you’d like, we’d be happy to come by and remove any that you don’t want. And of course, if you ever have questions about your home, you’re always welcome to reach out to us directly.

She made it very easy for me: explained the process in detail prior to the start of the inspection, was very thorough, answered all my questions, offered to answer more if I had any later.
