Tried the onda pro! The procedure was very quick and not painful :)

I had a wonderful experience! The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure I felt welcome and supported throughout my visit. The infrared sauna session was absolute bliss, soothing my sore muscles and leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Although I need more time to fully experience the benefits of the Onda Pro, my initial session was pleasant and promising. The entire space is beautifully designed, with a calming ambiance, impeccable cleanliness, and comfortable amenities. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

editing this review (original below) as i am quite disappointed with Cal's customer service. I have spent nearly $10k here on different packages and in March 2024 I was convinced by the staff to purchase some of it for my wedding earlier this year. if memory serves, i was only verbally told that one of the packages (face remodeling) had an expiry date but it was never mentioned again when i went for subsequent appointments. after my wedding in June 2024 i was very busy at work and did not go for regular appointments at Cal (still went for some appts but probably only 1-2 times a week), yet nobody informed me that my package was expiring (no text no call no reminder IRL) until i went for another appointment in August 2024 and one of the staff casually mentioned that my package had expired. I was quite shocked and asked if there's any way to open the package again since it costed quite a bit (I bought 12 sessions at $197 each and had 4 sessions left which expired) and they said there was nothing they can do about it. I admit it may have been an oversight on my part as well but NOBODY bothered to remind or inform me about this and now I can't get back my $788. It's basically free money for Cal at this point cos the service was not rendered. Just writing this out here to warn everyone when buying packages, be sure to ask about expiry date and note it down otherwise you will lose your money. original review: I've been going to Cal for almost a year now and it always feels so welcoming when I step in. Everyone here is so warm and friendly (Joanne, Heather, Micaela, Juliet) and they never fail to say hi or make conversation even though they're not my therapist. Karei is always so smiley and helpful in scheduling appointments for me. I do facials here with Rayna and she is very meticulous and thorough, my skin always feels nice and glowy after each session. The overall aesthetics and feel of the place is very cozy and relaxing (I always fall asleep) and location is very convenient. Prices may be a little steep but I do appreciate the level of service and professionalism here, best experience I've had with beauty salons so far 🤗

Rayna was very detailed and meticulous in explaining each step. It was my first try at Hydrafacial and I saw quick results for my troubled skin. Location was convenient and environment was comfortable + relaxing. Will come back again for other treatments.

Definitely impressed. After a year of terrible comedonal acne, I had an amazing facial with limited pain. It’s not completely gone because I only did one session but it has reduced significantly! You can definitely see results. Joanne was my consultant and she did such a great job. Just try it once and see how it goes. They don’t hard sell and it was overall so luxurious. I do appreciate how they give you the option to remove your own eye makeup because it can be hard to be really thorough with the removal. Fuss free◡̈

They posted the wrong dates for a promo (said June when they meant July). I messaged them about it and it took them about a week to reply. I said that was a water and did they have another other promos (in July). They only replied to my message now, in OCTOBER. Horrible service. Can’t attached and image to my review or I’ll attach the chat as proof. Don’t even bother 😂

I had a great relaxing facial with CAL. Joanne was great and explained the treatment really well. Keisa, who was at the front desk, was attentive and friendly. Place was impeccable. I can't wait for my next session.

The hydrafacial treatments at cal was amazing. It was so smoothing and calming that I actually fall asleep during the treatment. The teeth whitening treatment was exceptional, it’s not painful or give any discomfort, im definitely amazed by the result and will definitely come back cal to try other treatments as well☺️
