On time for annual HVAC checkup. Friendly and knowledgeable. System checked out well. To set up future appointments to check ducts and evaluate for air conditioning for second section of house.
Followup: unfortunately they never followed up so never checked ducts or gave us ideas for additional air conditioning. Did not contact us for annual checkup this year. Would lower rating to 3 stars.

Hello Terry. All of our maintenance reminders are sent via email. According to our records, we sent out a reminder to you on January 11, 2025 at 10:02 am to the email we have on file. Sometimes emails end up in spam so we encourage all our customers to always check there. If there is anything else we can do to assist you our office is open Monday - Friday between 7am - 4pm.
I called CleanAir they were ableto get in really fast to check out my air conditioner. It was making a clunking sound on startup and shutdown.
There Tech called that he was on his way and showed up on time. He was very personable and professional. Reviewed what was going on with my unit. Then communicated what was happening and why. He was very informative. Then fixed the unit in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend CleanAir for any of my HVAC issues.they did a great job.

I was going to replace my water heater, but an HVAC line that has been installed 11 years earlier was in the way. So I called CleanAir HVAC and Roy Branda stopped by, gave me a brief tutorial on when you know a water heater needs replacing and assured me that the water heater I had was nowhere near the end of its useful life, but when it was that Clean Air would move the line so a new water heater could be installed.

This was the most amazing process. Concern for my attic space was maintained. Upgraded my ductwork to accommodate my new furnace and air conditioner. Added an extra vent to improve heating and cooling. Moved the Unit location for air conditioning to improve efficiency. Moved the controls to meet the new standards. Even had to change out the new air conditioning unit because It had a hole. Only the 2nd time it’s ever happened to them in 22 years of business. I couldn’t ask for more.

Have had maintenance contract since initial installation in 2014. Service provided 2 X a year and I have never had any issues with the system. Workers are always on time, courteous, thorough, efficient and friendly.
