First of all, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to CAESAR, NAPOLI & SPIVAK PLLC. I am an elderly person living alone, and today I want to sincerely share how I feel. A few years ago, I was involved in a car accident, and this incident had a tremendous impact on my life. Before the accident, I was still working and paying the mortgage on my home. Three years ago, my mother was involved in a terrible accident where a forklift at a supermarket ran over her foot. It was a painful and traumatic experience for our family. At first, the supermarket only had a basic primary insurance policy, which we feared wouldn’t come close to covering her medical expenses and long-term care.
