I was in search of a second vehicle, and i was aware of the great service provided at Greenwood Byrider. I stopped in to meet Megan who was not only helpful , but very nice. She made the process easy and enjoyable to get a new vehicle. I was aware of the Greenwood byrider location but with the help from megan , i will always know to come back for any future needs. I hate to give bad reviews but unfortunately here it goes, my experience was very odd, I went in didn’t feel welcomed at all more of a hey how are ya okay let’s go.. I had to keep making conversation and laughing because it was complete silence the entire time I was there.. I will say the lady in there was extremely Friendly even gave my daughter popsicle and greeted me several times but I ended up giving all the information need spent nearly 2hrs there just to be told they couldn’t approve me.. then got a call back from Jason a day later and was told if I could get my previous car loan forgiven or wrote off I’d be able to get approved no problem so I give my car back which was awesome but I’m now carless and no way to get around head over to Byrider and get the sorry we can’t help you once again. Now I’m careless but thankfully god works I got a car the very next day thru Oak motors whom I am extremely greatful for.. jd Byrider judges ppl and is very unprofessional I should of never left that place in tears it’s not the fact I didn’t get approved I understood that but the way the situation was handle and the poor communication hurt really bad and will forever stick with me.. if you don’t have perfect credit don’t bother they are not the way to go!!!!
