Could not recommend Ben and his team highly enough. Super friendly, helpful, tidy - nothing was too much trouble! The quality of the workmanship was second to none, and the cost was really reasonable. Worth every penny - I would most certainly use BWB again and recommend to my family and friends in a heartbeat!

Cannot recommend. We booked these after a quote which was not the cheapest but reviews seemed good.
One mistake after another. Knocked radiator of wall leaving carpet soaking , said would fix the next day. I contacted boss and they finally sorted. Left rubbish, door leaked, arrived late then went for breakfast in first hour. There are so many things they could of done better.
I have proof of all problems, screenshot and photo's. Constantly had to chase to get things completed.

• The radiator issue was addressed promptly, and we provided both an apology and a £40 meal voucher as a gesture of goodwill.
• We carried out additional work free of charge, including repairing the existing conservatory door and fitting a new handle.
• When you mentioned debris on the conservatory roof, we personally attended and cleaned the entire roof, even removing glass bottles that had been thrown there by neighbours.
• The “unfinished” aspect referred only to some missing cover caps from the supplier, which were fitted as soon as they arrived.

Couldn’t recommend Ben and team more. Recently replaced 15 windows for us, installed a new bi-fold door, changed the front and back door and clad our porch. The house looks transformed. The quality of work was second-to-none and everyone was super friendly and a pleasure to have around. Clean, tidy and professional!
A massive 'thank you' to Ben and Ryan for a totally professional, prompt and competitively-priced service to replace two well-past-best-before windows and a door with new, attractive high-quality UPVC ones. Their attention to detail, courtesy and tidiness at every stage were an added bonus. Simply put, they thoroughly deserve a 5-star rating.
