This a very cool, family owned coffeeshop / ice cream (dessert) shop. It is warmly decorated to offer a very comfortable vibe. There are simple tables w/ chairs and large booths for larger groups. I'm a coffee drinker so that's what I will focus on. FYI, it's a very smooth, delicious coffee blend (that is imported from Italy). The shop open late and has free wi-fi so you can come for for an intimate chat with a friend, do last-minute work on your computer or doom scroll on your phone while sipping a delicious drink. I hope more people will try this place out and support a nice, local business!

I am so impressed with the customer service here. I found it when I needed a drop off/pick up location for Vinted. There are closer locations near my home but Buzza's staff makes it worth it. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!!!!

Place was busy, drinks are pretty good. Parking is tight. They also accepted my package for speedX. The girl working was a little flustered & gave a little bit of an attitude (people usually don’t return because of the indifference of an employee) so she should work on her customer service. However, she was making somewhat of an effort nonetheless. Hard to find good help so I get it.

Genuinely the best service ever. The owners are incredibly kind and offered to lower the shades because it was so bright, DELICIOUS drinks, very friendly. I was studying and he offered to change the volume of the music. Even though it's a suite the interior is super spacious and beautifully designed, lots of outlets, open late. Each person is so attentive and they truly care about their customers. Fantastic environment.

My experience at this coffee, ice cream, and beverage shop was excellent from start to finish. The food and drinks were high quality, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Everything tasted great, and the presentation made the experience even better. What stood out to me most was the customer service. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. There was a warm and positive atmosphere that made the shop feel comfortable and inviting rather than just another place to grab something and leave. The establishment was also very clean, organized, and well-maintained. You could tell that cleanliness and creating a pleasant environment were priorities. Overall, it felt like a place where people can come together, relax, enjoy good food and drinks, and feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. The combination of quality products, great service, cleanliness, and a loving atmosphere makes it a place I would be happy to visit again.

This place is a hidden gem! I got the lavender mocha. It was Amazing ! The best I've ever had! They have mini pancakes, waffle cones and expresso!! I will definitely be back!!

Calm atmosphere, exemplary service, delicious eats. We got an iced dirty chai, a plain latte, strawberry waffle, and Nutella mini pancakes. The food was perfect and even presented well. The drinks were some of the best we can find. The iced dirty chai was delicious and well rounded. My latte was perfect. It's a simple drink, but a hard one to make perfect. As we were walking out the door, a member of the staff gave us some baklava. That was delicious also! Great job, you guys. This place is wonderful.

I have been coming to this cafe regularly for about 4 months. I really like the coffee and especially the crepes here. Recently, I have noticed two younger employees who look like they are high school students, a boy and a girl who usually work together. Unfortunately, my experience with them has not been very welcoming. I have been here twice in the last two weeks and both times I felt like I was being rushed to leave after I finished my coffee. Coffee shops are also places where people come to sit, talk, or work, so it feels uncomfortable when you are made to feel like you need to leave right away. I hope the owner can look into this and improve the customer service. I really like this cafe and would like to keep coming here, but my recent experiences have not been good.

I met a friend there this morning. A nice, comfy spot for a morning cup! The man who served me was very hospitable and shared information about where they source their ingredients. He also brought water for us as my friend is breastfeeding. He was so kind! I had the OG Matcha and it was very good! My friend had a latte and loved it as well. We'll be back :]
