Juan did an excellent inspection but he made a comment about how I should be at the inspection as well. My agent was in my place because I live currently 80 miles away and had to work on inspection day. Otherwise, great job.

It's not demanded, but recommended, and the comment, "client did not attend" in the report is not a slight, but rather a documentation of the client's absence which doesn't allow for things like a walk- through summary of my findings. For perspective, other inspectors prefer you come at the end or not at all!
