Poor quality of meat
I have been part of butcher box delivery for the last 2 1/2 to 3 years. I have seen their quality go from really good to really poor. Their customer service has for the most part, been very good when you contact them. They always seem to make it right if you get a bad order. The problem is, they seem to be coming more often. Here are a few examples. I would consistently buy the top sirloin, four pack. They used to be very tender. I noticed they continued to get tougher and even the cut of meat seem to get worse. I got one so bad that my wife or I could not even chew up the meat. We actually chewed it to get the flavor and then spit the meat out. The whole chicken used to be very tasty and tender. They continued to get tougher and tougher with less taste. On one of my last chicken orders, I bought a 3 pound pack of bone in chicken thighs. What I got was six thighs that had the back skin and meat wrapped around each one for added weight. Two of the thighs had the back bone attached right up to the tail and one even included the tail. I would expect this at a discount store, but not from a company such as butcher box. I wrote them several emails about this. They first said they had no record of me buying the thighs and I had to send proof that it was only two orders previous. Their main concern was losing me as a customer and they hoped that I would come back. No mention of their poor quality. My guess is that they continue to grow and have a harder time getting good quality meat and meat cutters who know what they are doing when it came to cutting the meat. My hope is that they get better and improve with more complaints. They were once a really good company with great meat.
Its fine
I had this for a while and it started off great. I got a deal of free bacon for life but as they started to get more customers our boxes became bad quality. We had meat that got shipped and it was bad. We had a lot of quality issues with it. It was a great way of getting meat but the amount of issues we had with the quality of the products we have ended it. There were multiple times we had issues of packages coming in opening it and the meat smelling and open.

Makes for great christmas gifts!
I ordered from these guys a few years ago for a Christmas gift for my friends. It arrived fast, they had lots of specials and decent prices, the food was delicious I heard and it seemed fresh. It was a sustainable gift!
Great butchers meat
If you have t yet tried the butchers box then get yourself involved because you are missing out. The quality of the meat is superb. The order is well packaged and all meat is fresh. Great variety and selection and well worth the money. Massive high five from me!

Save you’re money
We tried the butcher box service to save on running to the store so much and for fresher meats. The portions you get for the price isn’t worth it. There’s a wide variety to choose from and packed and shipped straight to your door but the meat quality is horrible. I’ve had better from the local grocery store.
Good but pricey
Seemed like s good service but like most of them was fairly expensive. Messy was great though and if money isn't a concern I would definitely recommend them.
Great variety to choose from.
Loved the Idea of butcher box. I felt like I was getting a good deal on some of the Meats. This helped especially while I did a keto diet. Sometimes the cuts on the steaks were a little tuff and that's with me cooking it medium rare. I lived in an apartment so the box was left sometimes while I was at work but packaging was always great that everything stayed frozen.

This option is great for people with very busy lifestyles, or families that just prefer delivery services. The options are great and you can change your ordering at any time. I've recommended this many times and will continue to do so!
Great quality products
We had a subscription for a few months and the products were so good! There was a great selection and everything came packaged securely and stayed cold. It was a bit pricey so we only got a few boxes
Makes cooking in cheaper and easier!
I LOVE butcher box! I used the ground meat to make GF DF keto spaghetti with meatballs! This is the best quality I have found. It far exceeds Whole Foods and Costco and makes it very affordable and easy to plan meals and cook at home. The wings are also amazing. And the pork is incredible!

I love Butcher box. I do not have a picture because my order came a while ago. Their bacon is delicious. Their quality of meat is amazing. I like that you can skip an order if you need to. Butcher Box is worth it, Beleive me.

Fresh foods
Fresh high quality meat. Worth it when you get it on offer but I do find it can be a bit pricy for its worth and quantity received. Qui kly shipped too.

Great box it has good quality meet and it’s organic so fresh and not skimpy like others iv had , always packed well with a variety of different meats great value for money, I totally recommend this company
Great quality products
The quality of the meat and poultry was amazing, the size of the chicken breasts blew me away they were that big.definitely worth the money and each item was packaged separately.
Last box delivery was awful
Very disappointed by my last butcher box delivery... for $149 I received, 1 pack hamburger patties 2 packs ground pork, 1 tri tip, 3 packs chicken thighs, 1 pork loin...and my "free" bacon. That is, by far, the worst and cheapest box I've EVER received! Contacted customer service via email & phone and was simply told sorry, but that seems right to us. 🤦♀️ I'm not a happy customer.
Easy
Paxking comes in great dry ice so never not cold! Easy to keep in freezer and take out what you need. Ease to pick out what you want and change it up if you'd like.
