Highly recommend this for any university student. It's quiet, has great resources, and the staff are lovely.

Since joining this hub in June 2026 i have found it to be very encouraging spot for peaceful study environment and a space where one can study and meet likewise people as all facilities are provided and the coordinator Joline is always available to provide support wherever required and she is very helpful and provided insights on many things as well as she is a lovely person who is a great Baker with her delicious home made cakes.I would recommend this Hub to all students to join as its free and will be helpful as another great study place.
Great Place to study
The Beenleigh University Study Hub is an incredible space for students. The registration and orientation processes were simple and straightforward. I was able to begin using the study hub space and resources immediately, which was great - especially the free printing. I was initially concerned for safety when I began coming to the hub rather late, however multiple, comprehensive security measures are in place which have helped me feel secure regardless of how many other students are at or not at the hub clocked in for a late-night study :) The hub is also in a very convenient location, near the train station, and with ample parking (though sometimes harder to find dependent on the time of day). Additionally, the staff Joline and Chrissie are lovely and friendly, have wonderful rapport with students, and also pay an amazing amount of attention and care to the study hub space.
A key highlight for me are the study hub's hours (6am-12pm), which are great for being able to study later than I would be able to at a café or library, for example. I also struggle with being able to study for long stretches at home, so this was a true game changer :) Spaces in the hub such as bookable rooms with TV screens and whiteboards are also great to be able to practice presentations, get into online tutorials or any other kind of online work either alone or with another student. I highly recommend students registering and using the University Study Hub.
Excellent study hub, great facilities, resources and support. I joined because my institute is online only and needed a place to study, but the study hub is so much more than I expected.
Not only are there great facilities such as internet, printing, fridge, snacks, monitors and rooms, but they also host a variety of things such as games night and once a month cake morning tea!
But the biggest take away for me personally has been the support I've received from staff, in particular Joline. She went above and beyond to help me with job applications, resumes and interview preparation so that I could get my foot in the door into an industry that I am studying in. I can't thank her enough for the help she has given me with this. She was supportive, focused and knowledgable.
I am so grateful to have found a place that I can study at, with facilities that enhance my learning and support that I couldn't get elsewhere.
The study hub at Strathpine is an incredible place for tertiary students. The facilities are fantastic with secure access 6am - midnight 7 days a week. From quiet, individual study spaces to group meeting rooms all with FREE wi-fi and printing, as well as chill spaces, kitchen facilities, and hosting professional workshops and social events, the hub is a student's dream!
But more than that, the staff really make the hub what it is - they are knowledgeable, friendly and the best support team! Both Nic and Bee have helped me to not only navigate my university enrolments, assignments and successful scholarship applications but also provided the tools and support for me to gain employment in the industry I am studying. In addition, they are always more than happy to lend an ear and support me with wellbeing and social support, and so much more!
As a mature age student with various life commitments, I doubt I would have survived university without the hub, it's amazing facilities, support services and incredible staff!!!
I’m studying a Bachelor of Dental Sciences at UQ. I live around 1.5 - 2 hour away from my campus which makes finding suitable places to study so difficult especially with how much content I need to get through. My average monthly hours of study (including class hours) are around 106 hours.
After a family emergency I had, my monthly hours dropped to 76. I was at an all time low for productivity and studying at home became almost impossible due to both constraints finding a suitable room and mentally (I could NOT focus) due to the stress of it.
The local libraries are an ok resource but they don’t have any strictly quiet areas reasonably available and their opening hours are not suitable either.
Finding out about the strathpine university study hub was probably the best thing that could have happened to me during this period of my life. I’ve been able to conduct focused 4-8 hour study sessions everyday, bringing my average back to 104 hours last month! It’s distraction free and so relieving to have a dedicated space. It also makes going home feel so relaxing because you've already done the work in your dedicated study zone.
It’s quiet, available everyday from 6am-12am and run by the most amazing and capable staff, Nic and Bee. They are too helpful in so many different ways I can’t possible write them all down. You’ll just have to trust me. They make the environment safe, fun, happy and support you according to what you need.
The Hub is also filled with people JUST LIKE YOU. The hub members WANT to be there to study. They are dedicated and while we are all studying different subjects, what we have in common is an interest in knowledge that a lot of us have fun sharing.
It means that when you take study breaks, you don’t have to just sit privately on your phone struggling to feel better when you need a break. You can interact with people, learn from them and actually enjoy yourself for a little before you lock in again.
It’s also super safe. They have cameras both inside and directed at the car park so if you study late you can see your car before leaving. They also have duress alarms if you’re there late unstaffed as an extra precaution but the doors are all locked behind access codes so only Hub members can enter.
Seriously this place, the people who work and study there and the individuals responsible for opening the Study Hub are a godsend. Thank you guys!
Ps. They have free printing.
The Strathpine study hub is a fantastic resource for students. Much quieter than the library, with everything you need for a study session. Breakout space, workshops, bookable group rooms, and a kitchen area for breaks. Staff have been supportive with help navigating returning to study as a mature aged student.
As someone that struggles to study at home and does not have a lot of interactions with other students, this place gives me access to some of those people within the area. There is also space for me to get some study time when I need it and allows me to book a separate room if I need a quiet space to study. There are opportunities for me to book a space for those times I am studying with others as well.
There are also resources that I can use to make sure that I am on track with assessments and they have the resources to have a look for work in the industry that I am studying for or something that I might be looking for closer to home.
There is also a printer available so that I am not always having to go elsewhere to get pages printed, if I needed it. There is also a kitchenette so I don't have to feel like I have to leave for food if I can bring something with me.
I would recommend this space for those who are needing the space to get stuff done.
Can I just say, the Beenleigh University Study Hub is something truly special. At the heart of it are Pearl and Joline; an exceptional duo who have created a space of genuine uplift, care, and academic excellence for our Logan community.
This hub has become a powerful site of support for community academics, researchers, emerging scholars, developing scholars, and seasoned scholars alike who are living and working in Logan. The energy, engagement, and sense of belonging that Pearl and Joline cultivate is tangible from the moment you walk in.
As a Pacific learner, I am especially appreciative of the va that is intentionally built through Pearl’s leadership style. The environment is deeply collective and collaborative, grounded in relationships, reciprocity, and shared success. This way of leading and learning matters, and it is felt in how people are welcomed, supported, and encouraged to thrive together.
Joline’s care for detail and thoughtful creativity brings an additional layer of warmth to the space and provides a much needed sense of being home for many students who are seeking a place to belong. A big highlight for many of the social events co designed by Joline, Pearl, and the members of the hub is Joline’s perfectly prepared platters of bakery pleasures, which are offered with generosity and care and help nurture connection, conversation, and community.
Pearl and Joline are also a wealth of knowledge and community connections. For those seeking a pathway into the industries they are training for, the guidance and networks they share are invaluable. Equally, for school leavers entering tertiary study for the first time, their support, encouragement, and practical advice help make the transition into university study feel possible, supported, and hopeful.
The hub is situated in an incredibly accessible location. It is just a two minute walk to both the Gold Coast and Brisbane train lines, a two minute walk to the Beenleigh bus station, or a two minute drive off the M1. This accessibility removes barriers to participation and makes higher learning feel local, achievable, and welcoming.
What truly sets this space apart is the way learning is done collectively and purposefully. From informative and practical workshops, to the way milestones are celebrated together, to the encouragement of interactive, intergenerational networking and mentorship, this is not just a study space. It is a thriving academic community.
The Beenleigh University Study Hub offers a safe, nurturing, and well resourced learning environment for all who join. Personally, I have felt deeply empowered by Pearl and Joline’s approach. Having a place so close to home that supports focus, productivity, and excellence has made a real difference to my work. With their encouragement and guidance, I have been able to produce strong academic and research outcomes across multiple projects.
This hub is a gift to Logan. Pearl and Joline are quietly and powerfully reshaping what community based academic support can look like. It is grounded, generous, and transformative.
Highly recommended.
Loved it. Safe space to study, must register to check eligibility. Wonderful staff

Thanks Ruchit - that's it in a nutshell! And thank you for taking the time to give us a review - all the best with your studies!
The Busy Groups Strathpine Study Hub is a fantastic resource for any student currently enrolled with a registered VET Provider - whether you're studying through TAFE or university.
Thanks to a forward-thinking Government Initiative, this coworking space is completely free to access, making it an ideal place for students who need a quiet, focused, and supportive environment to keep on track with their studies.
The facilities are well-equipped: group meeting rooms for collaboration, HDMI-linking monitors for presentations or dual-screen work, two PCs for general use as well as a handy printing station.
But the real strength of the Hub lies in its people. More than the desks and Wi-Fi, it offers wellbeing and career support through incredibly welcoming staff: Bee and Nic. They consistently go above and beyond making a genuine impact, offering encouragement, career guidance, and a sense of belonging.
Highly recommended for any eligible student seeking a productive study space with excellent facilities, meaningful support, and a chance to serve a valuable initiative.

I'm blown away by the new Strathpine Study Hub! As a future uni student starting in July, I was struggling to balance starting my uni life with finding a job and building my resume experience. But since discovering this hub, I've been able to focus on my goals, get expert advice on my resume, and even help me land a part-time job. The support team is amazing - they're always available to help with any questions or concerns. Having a quiet and productive space to study has been a game-changer for me. I highly recommend the Strathpine Study Hub to any uni student in the area it's free and you just have to sign up.
I've been using the Strathpine Study Hub for about a month now, and it’s honestly been one of the best places I’ve found for quiet and productive study. I’m there 3–4 times a week, and it never disappoints.
The space is peaceful, well-equipped, and designed to help you stay focused. Whether you're working on assignments, studying for exams, or just need a calm environment, it ticks all the boxes. There are personal study rooms perfect for exam prep, as well as the great printing services and plenty of monitors and computers available to maximise your study efficiency. To top it off, there are free snacks and coffee available, plus a fun collection of puzzles and books to unwind with during breaks. Highly recommend the Strathpine Study Hub to anyone looking for a comfortable and resourceful place to get things done!
