Bus Travel is DISHONEST and the WORST company EVER If you want to get scammed and have the worst experience in Iceland, choose Bus Travel. I booked the 2-day South Coast Tour from Bus Travel on 24 Feb, the tour is planned to take place during 26-27 Feb. Meanwhile, I paid EXTRA 310 USD for the optional blue ice cave tour WITH Super Jeep. However, on 25 Feb night, just one day before the tour, the company informed me, “due to unforeseen operational circumstances, we had to outsource the tour with Troll.is”. Without any other choices like refunding left, Bus Travel forced me to join the tour that I didn’t want to join. Bus Travel first promised it’s the same tour. I also wrote an email to double check if the blue ice cave tour with Super Jeep that I paid additional for is included. The company also confirm that they are included. But Bus Travel just ignored their mistake and fraud and tried to deceive more tourists to sign up for their tours. So everyone, please avoid this scammer company.

Very very very disappointing! This tour is more on sleeping tour. We just went to 4 tourist spots, considering we are already in Vik and we didn’t go to Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach which is only few minutes away from our food stop. When asked the guide he just said no because we can see it from the parking lot which is absurd. We spent so much time in diamond beach and glacier lagoon that we were unable to see the best of the south coast. Worst tour ever! We traveled 4 hours to Vik without seeing what we want to see. Very very very very disappointed.

Excellent full day tour If you go to Iceland you need to see the natural wonders of the country. This tour was brilliant for that. Also added was a trip to a natural hot spring. The tour guide (Thor) was informative and funny and all the stops were interesting and had enough time to see what was in store. Overall I would give this tour 5 stars.

Beautiful tour and wonderful guide! We did our Golden Circle tour with Siggi and had so much fun! The tour itself was, of course, beautiful - Geysirs, craters, the Blue Lagoon, volcanoes - but Siggi really made it an entire experience. He made extra stops for us to get ice cream or just enjoy a secluded waterfall. If you plan on booking a Golden Circle tour, which you should, look forward to having Siggi as your guide. Wonderful experience!

Northern Lights Captain Thor made sure that we got to a destination where we could see the stars and the moon since the weather was not the greatest with lots of clouds in the sky.Ivy was very informative and made sure that we knew what we were looking for including to let us know how we had to set our cameras to get some beautiful amateur pictures. If I would have ventured out alone I probably would have missed the nature spectacle because I wouldn't have known what to look for.Thank you for a memorable night.

Great Northern Light Toir Ivy (our guide) and Captain Thor (our driver)made the tour really fun! They were able to locate the northern lights, they served us hot chocolate and entertained us with guitar playing and songs.
