I called for an inspection to determine to issues and they guy came here and did some test around and told me what happened, even though I felt it was superficial and not deep enough. So I got the receipt via email and their systems doesn't allow to download and I called and there's no one on the phone and only speaks with AI agents who are very annoying and never solved my issue. I then send them an email just for them to reply me back with an 86 pages book that had my receipt.
I spend almost 15 mins of my time trying to get my receipt i paid for when a guy who came here and did a work similar to that time and got paid without no issues. Must be joking.

Regarding your invoice: the system-generated link indeed experienced a temporary glitch—something clearly acknowledged in the interface itself, with a prompt that suggested retrying or printing the file. Despite this, you contacted us and we responded by emailing you not only a PDF version of your paid invoice, but also your official credit card payment receipt.
As for our phone system, we are currently in our busiest season, and our AI support agent helps us handle incoming inquiries more efficiently. It is a tool many of our clients appreciate because it can book appointments, gather details, and escalate to human agents when requested. You were, in fact, promptly assisted by our team via email when you reached out.
