As a handicapped driver using hand controls, it is crucial that servicing is done efficiently and correctly . I have that trust with Matt, the service manager and his entire team . I never felt that secure when I was using my car dealership. If you need this kind of service, don’t hesitate to call for an appointment.
First visit to them and needed my lift checked out. Just got this used van and it needed work. Bussani was very helpful and very pleasant and kept it until they found the problem which I was greatful. The mechanic showed me how to safely operate the lift manually for the future in case my lift wasn't operating again. Showed me how to move the anchors in and out of the floor. When all was said and done I asked if i could have the van detailed. They had it done by a nearby business and it came back beautiful. So glad I can count on this business. Thank you Bussani.
My family just rented a van for 24 hours for my recently, temporarily disabled dad. It was great! Cost was cheaper than an ambulette, and he didn't have to rely on anyone to come to pick him up from home or to return to the doctor to brong him back home. He was anchored in his wheelchair in the front seat position so he got to have a more "human" experience than he has had in a long time, and was able to take a ride around the neighborhood and see the sites....something he hasnt gotten to do since he lost his mobility. The staff was kind, efficient, and patient with all questions we had. We will be coming back to do more business! My dad and my family are forever grateful for his day out on the town :)
