I spent a month trying to get a Cleerly AI analysis of my heart scan—contacting Cleerly themselves along with at least half a dozen clinics. In several cases, we got partway through the process, only for the clinic to tell me they couldn’t access my scan results or were blocked by Cleerly’s restrictions on patients over 65. Buoyant was different from the start. They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and competent. Dr. Friedlander went well beyond the extra mile, offering thoughtful guidance and recommendations both before and after my results came in. I can’t recommend Buoyant highly enough. I’m certain I’ll be turning to them again in the future.

He’s was a lifesaver in keeping my elder family safe especially when I was sick with COVID with an house full of out of town family! He certainly went the extra mile with checking in on us and providing us whatever he could! Dr. Friedlander is always available to answer calls and offers creative, thoughtful treatment plans. I’m not going to lie, I didn’t want to start my winter break in the ER but thanks to buoyant.health and Dr. Adam Friedlander, I did not have to! When Eli hit his head yesterday on the counter, I texted Adam and he told me to swing by his house before I go to the ER. Turns out Adam was able to use glue on Eli’s cut and saved us a trip to the ER! He cleaned out the wound and put the glue on. Not only was Adam patient and gentle with Eli, he also explained everything throughly to me (I think that required more patience!). What I loved most is he explained all the options to me, gave me his opinion as to what he would do as a Dad, but ultimately let me decide the course of action as the parent. Anyway, if you are looking to upgrade medicial care for you or your family and would like a more personal or 360 approach, contact Adam at Bouyant Health.

My cousin’s hamster bit my finger on a Friday night, two nights before I left on a 4-day road trip touring colleges. After we pried the hamster off of my finger, my aunt helped me wash off the bloody wound and bandage it up. She said not to worry, it would be fine. 24 hours later, the night before we were leaving town, my finger was throbbing and oozing pus. I didn’t know what to do, but thankfully my mom had signed our family up for Buoyant. After a quick message and pics sent to Dr. Adam, he determined, it was, in fact, infected. Since we were leaving town early the next morning, he called in a prescription for an antibiotic to the pharmacy right near the hotel at our first stop so we could pick it up as soon as we arrived. Dr. Adam checked in regularly over the following days to ensure the wound was improving. I am still working on my college applications and don’t know where I'll end up next year. One thing I know for sure, though, is that I am relieved to be a member of Buoyant. It will be hard being away from home for the first time, but it will help knowing I have access to knowledgable and trustworthy medical care any time I need it. I will definitely be recommending Buoyant to all my friends heading off to college!

Buoyant has helped me so much over the past few months since I joined. My children get sick a lot and getting pediatrician appt on short notice is challenging where I live. But Dr Friedlander is able to respond to my concerns in minutes with a reliable diagnosis and plan and is always available for follow up if needed. As a worried mom, he always alleviates my fears and reassures me that we got this and he can help make my children better! And he does! He has also saved me hours of waiting on hold or in urgent cares, or Dr offices - in our home town AND abroad! 100% recommend Buoyant to everyone! Amazing idea. And a game changer for my life and my family!

I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Friedlander and Buoyant. He saved the day for us twice in one week! Leading up to a holiday weekend I realized we were not going to have enough of my son's medication to get us through the weekend. After trying to get a hold of the prescribing physician who was traveling, I called Dr. Friedlander in a panic to see if there was anything he could help with. He calmly said "yeah, we can do that." and within hours the meds were in my hands. Less than a week later my son came home from school complaining about his ear and not acting like himself. I texted Dr. Friedlander to see if I should take my son to urgent care - which is no small feat for a solo parent with two kids. He immediately replied telling me to come to his home where he can look at my son's ear. About an hour after my initial text, Dr. Friedlander seen my son in person and meds for his ear infection were called into the pharmacy so my son could return to school the next day. This is old school, human-centric care, with the benefits of modern day medicine. Having someone who cares about the continuity of care for me and my family is a huge blessing. Medical care has changed so much and I'm now on my third internist in two years. Not having a PCP who actually knows me, my health history or my concerns is frustrating and scary. Having Buoyant in the background making sure things are running smoothly long term is a huge peace of mind.

Honestly, having Dr. Adam available to calm me down, provide perspective on my condition and save me time by not having to go to an ICU or look for a walk in clinic open near me at odd hours, was nearly priceless.
