Both with product, hay, and customer service. Highly recommend this place for fast shipment, quality products and impressive communication. I always buy the timothy hay from here as it's such a good price, my bunnies love it AND it arrives literally the next day! My number 1 place for shopping for my bunnies. We have been buying our hay from One Stop Bunny Shop for a while and the service and hay is always amazing. Super quick delivery every time. Our fussy buns go nuts over their Timothy hay! My only complaint is that our buns love the hay soo much they insist on taking mouthfuls away from their hay box (and leaving a trail!) as they don’t want to share with each other 😂
