Install was on the wrong date. No one was home, had to leave work to let them in. Install team left everything in a pile. Forgot some tools. Piled curtain rods and hardware for rooms in hallway. No method to the madness. Sales and design staff are disjointed it seems. One says one thing, the other something different. Product is nice, but extremely over priced for the bad ending service we got. Power blinds are great, wife loves them. Valance for our bathroom blind is off center and doesn’t cover the window trim fully. Everything pictured in pamphlets were around the trim. We have blinds in living room where the valance surrounds the trim. Wife asked eve if it was “like this” and she agreed. When I brought this to her attention after the install I was informed it was standardized based on the length of the roller and the valance itself was not made to measure. So much for “custom” 🙃
We like the product well enough but it cost us $7,109. For that I expect the service side of the business to be exceptional and that was far from the case with us. It took three weeks to get a non answer from two people.
I updated this review for the better. The customer service here has got much better. We have had a few minor issues that Christopher has quickly fixed for us. A year into having the blinds we are pleased with the purchase. Good investment with an honest company.

We used Bumble Bee Blinds to finish off the rooms in our house that we did not do when we moved in a few years ago. They were AMAZING to deal with! Joey & Christopher were so nice and made the whole process a breeze! We are absolutely in love with the new look and I would not use anyone else when looking for window treatments! Great job team!!
I am building a house from out-of-state. I was recommended Bumble Bee by my builder. I had an appointment set for measurements. When I arrived, the measurements had been done days prior and allowed us to spend the majority of our time together on product selections. This was unreal service and I could not recommend more highly.
I had an initial phone call and then they consultant We work together for the first appointment and the installation after a little bit of a wait was well worth the wait because I could not be happier with the appearance and how it's made a difference in the rooms that the blinds were installed in.... Installers were great The consultant even greater so anybody looking for an improvement in their window treatments look no further than bumblebee..... They are buzzing with great product and great service..
Great experience with the team! Eve was very knowledgeable and helped walked through each step until we comfortably came to a choice with a peace of mind that were confident with our decision.
