I had an excellent experience with plantation shutter installation with Bumble Bee Blinds! Dan Lickfold and team (Roberto & Bladimir) are absolute professionals. Dan was super helpful with the selection process. He patiently helped me customize a look to suit my particular style/ home! It was obvious that he is really knowledgeable about his craft (having an engineer background certainly helps)! Roberto & Bladimir made the installation process super smooth! They were efficient, tidy, & super friendly. The blinds are gorgeous and I'm thrilled with the final look (and functionality) of the custom shutters!

Can not recommend Bumble Bee Blinds enough! From the moment I met the team at a vendor show in Port Charlotte to the execution of hanging the blinds in my home it was seamless. The owner Dan took the time to email back and forth with us countless times, to ensure we were getting all the details we needed to make an informed decision. Once we were ready, Dan came to our home in Bradenton with color and texture samples and measured our sliding glass door for the shades. His team of installers, who are insane experts, arrived on time, and were very professional. They took off their shoes, and covered our floor to ensure nothing got scratched or damaged. We are very happy with how are shades look and the quality of the product!

Home Show at Venice/ Bumble Bee only people there with blinds/set up appointment/somewhat apprehensive as never heard of them/ came to our place/ Nice guy, told him what we wanted, he showed us their samples, we made our choice he gave us a price, which I thought was reasonable, we accepted, a couple of weeks later they are here to install our motorized blinds and tearing out the verticals we had on our enclosed patio. I have to say they had a difficult job the blinds were straight the concrete ceiling was not, those two guys were miracle workers, personable, clean, knowledgeable, I can't say enough about the people at Bumble Bee, and we love the new blinds, they look and work great.

Had a wonderful experience with Dan & Bumble Bee Blinds. Dan sat with me and went over all my options. I placed my order and the turn around time was unbelievable. Within a few weeks they were installed. I can't say enough about the installers. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when finished. Pricing was excellent as I had met with other company's. If you are in need of window treatments{blinds, shutters} Dan is your person.

We have been wanting to put in new plantation shutters, but after 4 quotes had about given up. All the prices were outrageous! I met Dan at the farmers market and very skeptically agreed to give Bumblebee a shot. They were much more competitive with pricing and had a great level of customer service. The final product turned out beautiful. We’ve had such a great experience that we are planning to add window treatments in more rooms.

If you are looking for quality products, and fantastic customer service Bumble Bee Blinds will answer your needs. My wife and I received many quotes for plantation shutters. Bumble Bee Blinds were priced competitively BUT it was the customer service and warranty from day one that helped us choose a reliable company like Bumble Bee. I thought the day and age of quality customer service was in our rear view mirror- but with Bumble Bee the objects in the mirror (customer service) were closer than they appeared. We will 100% use Bumble Bee Blinds for all of our needs and we will be telling our friends in Wellen Park, Sarasota, Venice, North Port and Charlotte county to do the same. I am so happy with the product and installation process. Plus they clean and place protective blankets to protect flooring. You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Bubble Bee to anyone looking for window treatments. Dan was very accommodating to our schedule and very professional offering recommendations to meet our needs. He installed the shade in a timely manner and offered to demonstrate how to control the wand that operates it. I had such a positive experience with Bubble Bee in Floridia that I contacted another Bumble Bee franchise closer to another property to assist me with some shades I needed for that home. My experience with the other Bubble Bee was good but I rate the service with Dan in Floridia as superior.
