My experience with Matt and Bumble Bee Blinds of Southlake was wonderful. I received prompt responses to my calls and professional service throughout the whole process. Matt knows his business and was able to make great suggestions during the selection. With a minimal extra charge, the shades are fully motorized and equipped with a remote to control each window, or all at the same time. The Solar Shades met and exceeded my expectations. I look forward to working with them again. Pictures below: The sun was so harsh coming in our windows, that it made it difficult to sit at the kitchen table to eat. The Solar System tamed that without sacrificing the view. The Solar shades have also added protection for the art and furniture. Peace of mind while still being able to enjoy the view. They are wonderful!

My experience with Bumble Bee Blinds was outstanding from my first phone contact with Rachel, the quote and customer service with Matt. All the way down to the installation of our solar shades. The entire process was pleasant and ended with the solution we needed.
It took only one phone call to set up an appointment to get quotes to install shades in our reception area to minimize heat and glare from the sun and to lower utility costs. No hassle of leaving a message and waiting to get a call back.
Matt Wilson confirmed the appointment and texted me his exact arrival time. When he arrived, he was professional and friendly. He brought samples of various products that we could hold up to the windows and match to our furnishings. Matt was attentive, listened and asked us question to better understand our needs. He made appropriate suggestions and was conscientious of our budget. I asked him to give us quotes for 3 different options.
The quote I received from Matt was prompt and included additional research on the specific products he was quoting. That information was extremely helpful in making our decision. Matt gave me regular updates via text and called me when our solar shades arrived to set up an installation appointment.
Installation was great. They made every effort to avoid interruption to our business and the result is outstanding!
