Charity, the first person you come in contact with for the measuring of the windows, is the best. Very professional, but also kind, funny, and will give you ideas and suggestions that are very helpful.
Joel who installed my shutters and blinds, was also great to work with. Very efficient and particular to make sure everything fit perfectly.
And then there’s Kyle, the owner who is also kind and efficient and knows his stuff.
I would and will recommend Bumble Bee Blinds to everyone I know.

Problem: first company we had hired (not BumbleBee) went out of business a few weeks before install!!!!! Kyle and Charity stepped up and expedited the project to get motorized porch screens, interior Roman shades and drapes rolling!! They are super communicative, down to earth and extremely professional. Their installers, especially Joel (even though he’s from California lol), were polite and highly attentive to detail. Careful to move furniture, not laying tools all about, and cleaned up after themselves as they changed work space. Clearly this was an exceptional experience for us, and when we had problems (remote hardware issue, or screen adjustments, right side vs middle traversing rod, etc. ), they corrected any issue, followed up and completed additional site visits to verify their high standard and customer satisfaction. You get what you pay for with Kyle and Charity at Bumblebee, top notch. And no, this isn’t a paid comment nor are we related, just good folks backing up what they say.

The materials are of premium quality, and the mechanisms work very well. We would definitely use them again in the future.

Our entire experience was seamless and smooth. Charity was kind, patient and went over all the options and information thoroughly. They anticipated and quoted about 3 weeks from ordering to install but ended up earlier than that. Charity called to follow up, provided install date options and was very courteous and easy to work with.

Bumble Bee Blinds recently installed motorized cellular blinds in some of our windows. The order process was quick and easy. They came out to measure the windows and brought swatches for us to choose from. They kept us informed and gave us status updates throughout the production time. When time came to install, they were on time, professional, and friendly. After the installation, they made sure everything worked just like we wanted it to work. Even our dog liked them. Highly recommend.
