Hired this company to install all of the blinds in our new home, and they did a fantastic job. I would absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality blinds and great service. They exceeded expectations in every category, including pricing, product selection, communication, and overall service. When it came to pricing, I had several companies come out and quote the home, and this company was the most affordable by far saving me thousands without sacrificing quality or service. In fact, some of the other companies never even followed through with a quote or returned my calls, which was surprising. Their service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone involved from the sales representative, to the owner, to the installers was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. They were respectful of my home, flexible throughout the process, and made everything go smoothly from the initial quote to the final installation. The product selection was also impressive. The sales representative came prepared with a wide variety of options and had the knowledge to explain everything clearly, which made choosing the right blinds easy and stress free. Communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. When the sales representative went out of town, the owner personally stepped in and kept everything moving. That level of involvement says a lot about how much this company cares about its customers and the quality of its work. If I ever need blinds again, I know exactly where I’m going. I’ll gladly refer this company to anyone who asks. If you’re looking for blinds, this is the company to call as you’ll be taken care of and save money at the same time.

From start to finish Luis was professional, friendly, and very helpful helping me decide what would work best in my home! I absolutely love my blinds! They add so much to my home and the ease of use is wonderful. Customer service during and after installation is excellent. Colin came and fixed some minor issues I was having with a blind and made sure I knew what the issue was. I would recommend this company and their product to anyone interested in motorized blinds or any blind product!

We were very impressed with Bumblebee blinds. We have several windows in our home that are custom sized and difficult to find blinds and drapes to fit. The owner is the heart of this company. Luis is incredible and very passionate. He really care about quality and I would recommend anyone to this company. They will always treat you well. They do blinds and shades and shutters an any window treatment all over Charleston! They are located on Daniel island. But travel all over the low country. The are so active in the community and Charleston is lucky to have a company like this.

We needed blinds for our newly renovated home, so we called Jamison at Bumble Bee Blinds… and honestly, this felt more like a concierge service than a blind company. Jamison showed up with what felt like every blind option known to man, walked us through styles for each room, and somehow made choosing blinds feel classy instead of overwhelming. Super professional, incredibly patient, and clearly knows her stuff. If you’re in Charleston and want your windows dressed better than you are, Jamison is the one. 10/10 experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Bumble Bee Blinds of the Lowcountry! I already had some plantation shutters in my 30 year old home but needed some new window treatments following a small house fire.
