Bumble Bee Blinds came to my house to fix a broken blind, unfortunately the part that was needed was unavailable due to the fact, the blind was so old. James came out and helped us pick the right color and went above and beyond to get us a new blind within a few weeks. We will be definitely using them again for all my blind needs.

We had a great experience working with James for our new SmartDrape shades. The final product looks beautiful and really elevates the space — the fabric quality and installation were excellent. There was a small communication gap around the hardware finish (bronze was installed by default, though we had intended to go with gold), but James was very responsive and proactive in resolving it. He immediately ordered the correct hardware and personally took care of the swap. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with and how quickly they handled the adjustment. We're very happy with the result and would absolutely recommend them!

Absolutely incredible service! I’ve always wanted shutters by my front door and multiple vendors said it couldn’t be done because it was too narrow. Thomas made it happen for a really great price and they look absolutely awesome! I would highly recommend Bumblebee blinds!!

James and Bruce at Bumble Bee Blinds are incredible. Having shot video for James multiple times, I've seen firsthand how he goes above and beyond for every customer. He’s obsessive about quality—if there’s even the slightest imperfection, he sends the blinds back to the manufacturer and reinstalls them at his own cost to make sure the customer has a perfect experience. Recently, James sent Bruce out to give an estimate for my mom’s new remodel. Bruce did an outstanding job, and we honestly can’t wait for James to come install the new window coverings. These guys are true professionals who truly care. Highly recommend!

I recently had James Hutchison with Bumblebee Blinds windows company come out to our home for measurements and to help me choose styles and colors, and it was a great experience from start to finish. James was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. I really like that there was no high pressure to rush through the process and place my order. James took the time to carefully measure each window and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. What I appreciate most was his patience while I was deciding on styles and colors - he offered helpful suggestions without being pushy, and really listened to what I wanted for our home. The selection of options was impressive, and it was nice to see samples in person to get a better idea of how everything would look. By the end of the appointment, I felt confident in my choices and excited about the final results. Overall, the visit was smooth, informative, and stress-free. James gave me time to insure I made the right choices, he placed my order after insuring that I got everything I wanted. He also explained the expected delivery time and how it would be installed. I would definitely recommend the company to anyone looking to upgrade their windows.
