I would give James 10 stars if I could! He is phenomenal. We moved into a new house which has motorized blinds, a few of which didn't work. He came out, took them down and took them apart to diagnose the issue. When the problem wasn't apparent, he put in even more time and effort to help me find serial numbers and he called Pella and and connected me with the actual person who installed the blinds about 10 years ago! Not only did he go above and beyond for me, you don't meet a nicer person. I can't believe he did all of that work for us behind the scenes! I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you, James!
