Technician went above and beyond his call of duty. Was happy to interact with me and explain what he did. Also Took the time to explain little things I could do to fix problems as they pop up in the future Didn’t mind working around my kids messes and my own. Overall despite the situation he helped put me at ease and made the best of the situation.

Wow what a great guy. He came to our facility to repair a hose and went above and beyond to solved 3 other issues that made it easier for us to do our jobs. He was very kind and outgoing. I hired Todd to replace three toilets and a sink and a garbage disposal. Which were all done perfectly. I would highly recommend him but not only for that but for the extra services he has provided me, he installed a light that no electrician would install because they didn't want to take on the challenge of cutting down the rod and making this light work for my room. Nobody wanted to touch it but Todd said I'll do it. He worked so hard on this light. I can't thank him enough and I can't thank him enough for my toilets that work well now. He has really gone beyove and beyond for me. I'm a single woman so it's very hard for me to find people I can trust to work on my house. I totally trust Todd and he helped me out with some other people working on my house. He does more than just plumbing. He does electrical. He's going to help me with a door. The man has been so good to me. And he took a light fixture that nobody wanted to touch because they were lazy, but he said nope. It's a challenge to me and he did it and I have my beautiful light up and I have all my toilets and my new faucets and I am so happy with his services. I will be hiring Todd, not just for plumbing or electrical but other things as well. He really knows what he's doing. He's honest he's good. He won't let you down. In fact, he will help you. I definitely recommend Todd for plumbing, electrical, and there's a lot of other stuff he has helped with.
