We had Colin and Jimmy performing our subsidence repair job. They were both highly professional and approachable for all questions. I was taken through everything they were about to do and then taken through it again after they finished. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything tidy. I would definitely use Buildfix again and I’d even ask specially for Colin and Jimmy again.
Just wanted to thank Mark (engineer) who initially came out to assess our home. He was very clear and explained everything to me about the scope of work that would need to take place. Secondly, Jack and his team carried out the work and kept me in the loop with how they were going and during handover gave me a comprehensive evaluation of how everything went. On top of all that, the entire team at Buildfix that came to my place were just great guys and I trust in the work completed at my home. Would recommend them highly to anyone looking for foundation remediation work.

I honestly cannot thank Russell and the team at Buildfix enough.
For months, we had been worrying about cracks appearing throughout our home. We were concerned that there might be a serious foundation or structural issue, and the thought of potentially expensive repairs was causing us a lot of stress.
Russell came out to inspect the property and was absolutely fantastic. He carefully examined every crack inside and outside the house, checked the walls with his equipment, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand.
What really stood out was his honesty. After a thorough inspection, he advised that the cracks were consistent with normal movement that occurs in many homes and that there was no indication of significant structural settlement. He also looked at the trees around the property and reassured us that they were not causing foundation damage.
At no point did we feel pressured or alarmed. Instead, Russell was calm, professional, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us understand what was happening with our home.
As someone who recently lost my job, the possibility of major repair costs had been weighing heavily on my mind. Russell’s honest assessment brought us tremendous peace of mind and lifted a huge burden from our shoulders.
It is rare these days to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine integrity and care for their clients. Russell did exactly that.

Luciano, Spencer Mike and Gary attended the job promptly and were very respectful from the outset, always informing me of any intrusive work that needed to be done and providing feedback all the way. They were respectful of privacy and were always courteous. The work involved a cement slab subsiding and by completion of the work some major cracks had started to close and doors and windows that haven’t opened properly for years could open smoothly again. When the job was complete they spent a great deal of time cleaning and tidying the areas so I needed to do nothing, Costing was considerably less expensive than other quotes. Highly recommended.
Amazing work by the team. Luciano and Spencer came and spent two days supporting my concrete slab. They kept me informed all the tube and I was thrilled with the outcome.
A couple days later Brandon came to reinforce the brickwork and he did an advancing job re-mortoring and matching the brick colours.

We were very happy with the service provided by Buildfix. Jared and Kurt were very professional when they attended on site to complete the job. They communicated regarding arrival time, explained the process thoroughly, and kept us informed throughout the day. A clear verbal report of what was achieved was provided and the site was left clean and tidy following the work. We found the whole process from Bruno attending to do the quote to the work being completed by Jared and Kurt to be great and gave us confidence in moving forward, unlike other companies that had unclear information about the steps and what we should expect, higher quotes, and sometimed poor customer service.
Buildfix have done a wonderful job of fixing our subsidence issues at our house. Luke and Jack were awesome with the work they performed and kept us up to date throughout the entire process.
We are now looking forward to the next part of the work, which is to fix the cracks that have now been closed up and have new mortar in those areas.

Even though it wasn't severe, they were very patient and did a splendid job fixing the subsidence. Very happy customer. 7 stars if I could.
