Highly recommended- five stars Having had the misfortune to have had a leaking roof whilst away on holiday our internal ceilings and walls were severely damaged. Having worked with DLP before they were most certainly our preferred contractor as we trusted them and their standard of work. Initially they replaced the ceilings of our early twentieth century cottage and then they created beautiful panelling for our hall, stairs and landing. They’ve done a lovely job and I’d highly recommend them without hesitation.

Tony and Trevor were always professional, turned up when they said they would, and delivered a very high standard of workmanship with great attention to detail. They offered helpful design suggestions when we were unsure, and we trusted them completely in our home, even when we were away. Pricing was fair and clear with no hidden costs. Remodelling of toilet and two bedrooms First class work carried out by Tony and Trevor. They always arrive promptly and never stop. Any mess is kept to a minimum and they always kept me informed along the way. I had put off having the rooms remodelled and now I wish I did the work ages ago as it makes such a difference.

Roofing Work DLP did a great job from start to finish. When we discovered loose and broken ridge tiles on our roof which needed to be fixed urgently they responded quickly, providing a full and very reasonable quotation. Scaffolding was put up swiftly and all work completed in good time. They kept us informed throughout and did an excellent job. We would definitely recommend DLP for any roofing or building works needed.

Extension and bathroom renovation and remodel. I have worked with DLP Associates for several years now and they are my trusted suppliers for our client projects and so I was delighted to have the DLP team to work on my own home. We have an old cottage with the bathroom downstairs. DLP extended the bathroom and reconfigured the bathroom layout to allow us to have our dream bathroom. My husband says 'it's like being in a hotel every day'. I am looking forward to continuing with our renovation with DLP's support and recommending them to our clients for all their building and renovation requirements.

Various As I’m disabled, it was very important to get people here that were trustworthy. These builders were recommended to me and they replaced a drain cover in the drive with a much bigger, stronger one and also built a partition wall in one of the rooms in my house.

Complete build new 5 bed room house and garage DLP Associates Ltd are what you would call a traditional builder with values, their workmanship, approach is first class, they turn up every working day and do a full day, on site from 7.30am until at least 5.30pm, very rare these days, which means the project is completed as efficiently as possible, we had many additional items of work to do and design and DLP helped to make this as easy and cost effective as possible. Their costs are fair and competitive, would recommend DLP Associates for any type of construction works from small works to a large new build.

Taking the wall down between the kitchen and dining room and adding 3 m extension with bi-fold doors. The work was carried out to a high standard in a timely manner. My wife and I were delighted with the end result and would thoroughly recommend Tony Gawn if you wanted any work done to a high standard.

Ground floor rear extension, first floor extension over garage (new bedroom and ensuite), widening two ground floor windows. The team worked very hard and the build was first class in all aspects. Tony and his team are very experienced, knowledgeable and have very high standards. When appropriate, they suggested some interior design items that could be improved. In the contract, I had stipulated that I would source the doors and windows. Tony advised me to use a cheaper internal door supplier than the one I had intended to use, saving me money. Also, I wanted solid internal doors and he recommended a manufacturer I would not otherwise have known about. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Lifted and re-laid patio. Re-pointed second patio. Removed and re-laid brickwork. Re-clad roof. Trevor was punctual, polite, quiet and worked exceedingly hard all of the time even on the hottest days in July. We felt relaxed about going on holiday and leaving him alone to carry on with the job. We have used this company for many years and will continue to do so as we are very pleased with the work.

New bathroom including a steam room. Tony, Graham and Alan have been faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, we encountered some difficulties as the bathroom was not straight forward and every effort was made to overcome the problems, I am 100% satisfied with the job, my bathroom is beautiful. They were professional at all times and always tidied away at night including hoovering, this was great as we were living in the house whilst the word was carried out. The job was completed on budget and within a good time frame.

Internal fit out of curved contemporary 550 sq m detached house DLP Associates were one of the few builders who would tender for this demanding work on a prototype contemporary house. They approached everything with a can do attitude and where we had problems Tony's extensive experience on high end projects really showed as he worked with the architect to arrive at a workable solution. The curves around the house meant even the simplest task was slow and demanding including recessed skirtings, dropped ceilings and architectural light slots. Tony and his team worked incredibly hard and accommodated additional work cheerfully. The finished result is stunning
