We had used Bugfree Pest Control in the past and we were very satisfied with the service provided. A few weeks ago, we engaged them again, but the problem remained unresolved. As per their warranty they came back to spray, but the service was rather substandard. I spoke with Bel in the office who was kind, really listened to my concerns and was very professional. She has exceptional communication and customer service skills and is an exemplary front face of the organisation. Bel arranged for another technician David to attend our place today. I cannot speak highly enough about the service David provided. It turned out that the previous technician had not performed the full service. David was extremely thorough, spent time exploring the issues at hand with me, treated every aspect of the home, actually treating the property again from scratch. He was approachable, friendly and very knowledgeable about his craft. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Issues come up as a matter of course and what separates one company from another is how those issues are dealt with. In this case, very responsively and professionally by both Bel and David. I will have no hesitation in using them again and requesting David as our provider. Thanks so much David and Bel for a first-rate service!
