Went in this morning after visiting SO many places over the last few weeks just moving here to WNY and FINALLY got the type of service I was looking for! Topher needs a promo, a GIANT round of applause and a literal courtesy, not only was he a great listener but he was very respectful, patient and kind. Not to be dramatic LOL but after wasting so much time and money on other places and budtenders who did not listen, TOPHER @ Buffalo Dreams DID! I finally found the Berry White, very SWEET, very infused pre roll I was looking for.

If you want to go in and hang out, everyone seems friendly and it's a pleasant environment. Personally, I don't want to hang out. I want my weed and I want to go home. If you order online, it's usually ready in ten minutes or less. Pickup has never taken more than two minutes. I've never been up sold or badgered into something I didn't want. It's exactly what I need. Oh also somehow on top of that they also have the best prices around.

I believe his name was Mike, helped me pick out some amazing prerolls. I went in open minded and was given a great introduction to Wizard Trees. Would highly recommend asking any of the employees for recommendations. I promise you won’t be disappointed

Pricing & Sales
Unbeatable Value: They have by far the most competitive pricing around. Short of going to sovereign land, their prices blow other local shops out of the water.
Spectacular Deals: Their sales are fantastic, constantly changing, and featured right on their big billboard.
Atmosphere & Staff
Great Customer Service: They are always well-staffed with a friendly, welcoming team that is ready to help.
Clean & Comfortable: The shop is wide open, extraordinarily clean, and uses soft, comfortable lighting instead of the harsh, blinding lights found at many other dispensaries.
Ordering & Payment
Convenient Options: Browsing online is easy. They offer online payment via Aeropay, cash on pickup, and a delivery service (though I haven't personally tried delivery yet).
Online Glitches & Resolution: The only minor downside is that online sales occasionally glitch at checkout. However, the staff is always super accommodating and happily adjusts the price at the register if you show them your screen.
Overall, between supporting a female-owned business, their unmatched prices, constant deals, and great store atmosphere, I can't recommend them enough.
