Hi, Sam. Unfortunately, after submitting your pest diagnosis to your home warranty company, they informed both you and our company they do not cover your requested service for bird removal. After being notified of this, our technician kindly gave you a reasonable quote to remove the birds and fix your vent along with an additional discount. Again, sorry that your home warranty company doesn’t extend coverage for bird removal. Feel free to give us a call at 312-877-9064 if you have any additional concerns.
