Walked in with my family excited to test drive the Outlander, but was turned away by Raj for not carrying two sets IDs of the driver. Just a driver’s licence wasn’t enough. A frustrating and disappointing experience for the whole family.

We apologise for the inconvenience. Unfortunately our Insurance Company requires 2 forms of verifiable Identification. Budget Cars would hate for there to be an accident in one of our cars on test drive and the customer to find out they are not insured. We understand your disappointment and apologise again.

Car was bought as the same white colour all around but after a few months, the colour on front bumper began to fade to a crème! First time I’ve ever a bought second hand car that has such obvious paint fade. It was a car bought from here over a year ago now, just letting buyers know to be aware of the quality of these cars, they really are budget. Definitely won’t be buying from here ever again.

Sometimes paintwork repairs on a used car could have been done at some point during its lifetime.

Absolutely love my new car ! Thanks to Sam and the team at Budget Car sales Manukau! I have viewed soo many cars over the last couple of weeks from different car yards and trade me most of them terrible. I came across budget on Trade me and went into check it out. They have a great range of cars at all prices and the condition of there vehicles is very good. Sam was brilliant she gave great advice on the cars I was looking at and was super helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a completely different car to what I initially thought I wanted. The purchasing of the vehicle was very smooth. Would definitely recommend going in to see Sam and the team if you are looking to buy a new vehicle. Thanks Guys :)

Sam was great, she recommended that I book a test drive online to hold the vehicle as a few more people had shown interest. I decided to buy the vehicle after my 30 minute test drive.
